Due to situation beyond my control I have lost the land I intend to use before, but has another one now with a C of O in Agbara.

Thank you Bettymafy, you really hit the nail on the head and tell Chyke the absolute truth.
If the offer is sane and reasonable it would have been taken up since March 31 when Chyke put out the ads for the so-called golden self-contain.
Why will a sensible and right thinking person pay 1,150,000 for a single room? Forget the appelation of self-contain, single room is single room. By the way whats so unique and special about Lekki that will make a room therein go for that absolute crazy and ridiculous amount? It is in this same Lekki you find Batcha houses.
I paid a suprised visit to a guy who is always boasting of living in Lekki last 3 weeks, only to discover that he lives in a 2 rooms built with PLANK.
