On my way to Mile 2 now (08.47am), I sam a 3 vehicles convoy made up of 2 Custom pickup trucks with the Seme Custom Controller Peugeot car sandwiched in-between them. I saw the Controller himself in the Peugeot and they were going with full blast blowing siren. I want to know if the law banning the use of siren has been revoked. Or is the man above the law? Or are we still living in the animal farm? Or is he living in a twilight zone?

YOU KNOW there is a BINDING LAW in place on housing/property rental conditions in Lagos State yet you come to NaipaLand to ASK FOR 2 YEARS ADVANCE RENT. Do you know that you have implicated yourself aiding, abetting and encouraging illegality. If you are arrested what will be your alibi, legal reason etc for flouting the law?

As a lawyer (which you claimed you are), you are in perfect position to advise and press it on your client that he and you should not play illegality for legality. Do you know that property business is among one of the long-term-recouping venture. And your client wants to "recover his present house rent" less than a year? If your client needs money vis a vis his transfer/settle down, he should look for other means not through criminality which you are also aiding.
