I don't think your technician knows what he is doing, you are not supposed to buy these parts, once I saw fuel pump, crankshaft position sensor and new ECU I quickly knew he is a quack, the simple thing is this, put the original ECU back and start the car, then allow the engine to warm up, then make the car act up again, when it refuses to start, then you check for two things, Spark and fuel. An engine needs three things to start, they are spark, fuel and compression (air), but you check for two because it starts, albeit when cold, so at that time it refused to start check for the missing component, it should either be spark or fuel.

Please mine use to start when hot but doesn't start when cold,and now it doesn't start anymore,just makes a kack kack sound,without cranking,rewire says at brainbox issue

Guess ur car is nissan primera 2002 -2007 well good luck with d programming but first before buying new brain box do u had a scan? If yes is it an immobilizer issue that is d NAT5 system do through check before replacing ur brain box please it almost cost me all my savings I was buying everything. The system is tricky oh pls be careful had to park mine for 6months when it turns me into mobile ATM. Finally succor came when I have the right rewire do a check and detects it's burnt cables and direct earthing problem within d system, the guy was so loyal and trust worthy he help even return some parts I bought to ladipo nd he re programme the original brain back. Pls it's not mechanic work oh but a sound rewire technician. If u d d rewire that helped me let me know. His fees is not up to d 15k ur guys are charging and I can tell u he will fix it before charging u

Done that,scanned the car as well,changed the crankshaft sensor but it's not still starting for almost a month now,Mr Gazzuzz please I need help

This is a mission to reduce that car to scrap.

The crankshaft sensor failure is not uncommon with this car, and should be a simple fix.
Please get another mechanic who at least knows how to scan your car and interpret codes.

I've done that,a rewire has scanned the car,changed the sensor but it doesn't still start at all

Good morning,please I own a 2013 Hyundai Elantra automatic transmission and my car doesn't start after changing my crankshaft sensors as the old one cut,when the car is rolled from the engine,the kick start rolls the engine but it doesn't start,but when rolled with the key,it doesn't roll,just makes a kack kack kack sound,it happened after a rewire opened the fuse box,prior to that,when the engine is cold it won't start,I'll have to crank it for a while pressing the throttle before it starts and when it does it doesn't function well at all,it doesn't rev properly but when the engine heats up it starts,it happened for a while until now it doesn't start AT ALL
Please I'm confused now cause they don't know the cause of the problem as every wiring is not faulty,but they say enough light is not entering the kick start,and they say it's brainbox issue
