I greet u all. As regard to negative marking issues,it doesn't mean that the number of questions you fail would be removed from what u get . Not that. What it means is that certain number of wrong answers would be proportional to reduction of total score by one. It is imporsible to say one wrong answer costs a student one mark reduction.
They can deside to make it 3 or 4 wrong griddings for one mark reduction.

They may rather use diffent marks for different questions. That is, some cheap questions could go for 1/2 marks each while the logical ones go for 2 marks each.

If you notice,some questions had repeated options,they might be a trap to knw whether you knw what you doing or not.UI CAN'T MAKE TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORs so easily.It could be a plus for those who did not pick any answer and a minus for those who picked an option in such question.

It could be that the % of what u failed would be remove from what you get e.g If u score 80 and fail 20,you failled 20%. Then your score would be 80-20% of 80=80-16=64.

All am tryin to infer is that negative markimg can be administered strategically.

And note that not all the questions have answers.
