The funniest truth is that we might have to expose ourself to coronavirus to overcome this plight. Mortality rate of the infection is lesser than 3% and most deaths are from people older than 60years and people who have hidden health challenges.

I asked a lab scientist this question too. He said the reason they sell donated blood is because it costs a lot to screen donated blood before certifying it healthy for transfusion. I however have my reservation still.
UCH ,Ibadan has one unbelievable act. They tell pregnant women to bring someone (preferably their husbands) to donate blood for them in advance but when there is safe delivery, the donated blood is gone (I have no problem with that), the part that irritates me is that in the event of the need for blood transfusion, the husband is made to still buy blood irrespective of previously donating or not. That to me is scam!

The missing line between evolutionalists' timeline and creationists' timeline is actually in the emergence of calendars. No one knows what type of calendar was used at the time of creation. Was it 12months calendar, were they using months or seasons as at then? What was the measurement tool for times then? Our one year now might have equated more years or less then. Who knows?

This is where I fault the original concept of evolution. I believe in both creation and also evolution (not the widely believed theory of evolution though). There is not primordial soup without a cook, no big bang without a big banger, no evolution without an intelligent designer. God started it all.
The word evolution is however too ambiguous. Speciation is a big question. If you understand evolution well, speciation leading to evolution is somehow too ambiguous in natural selection. In life, it is possible that animals change the phenotype in response to environmental conditions but this shouldn't bring about a different species altogether. When God created Adam and Eve. He created one race but because of adaptation, we now have blacks, orange, whites,yellow and all different skin colors. That is acquisition of phenotypic traits ,due to adaptation to different environmental exposures, which is possible in organisms. This ,however, will not see a new species arise. Concept of species has to do with a unique life form that can freely interbreed in the wild amongst themselves. Ever since God created man, we have adapted and we can interbreed, no new human species have been formed. All discovered fossils are unique species created as they were.

No fess, Oga, since my general information was not specifically aimed at you, although I did quote your post due to the reference you made to your own preference not to use cannabis for "medical background" reasons, given that cannabis does in fact have multiple medical applications.

I didn't say cannabis should not be used for medical reasons. Most drugs are plant extracts including some pain killers which have cocaine in them. I only said in my family, taking alcohol or smoking has a medical effect on us so, no one drinks or smokes in my family.
However, growing cannabis for pharmaceutical purposes is not bad on its own but are there regulations on people taking the crude, unrefined cannabis? It often comes with a momentary reward of feeling high (because of dopamine rush) and risk of organ damage, organ failure or neurological breakdown, depending on lenght of usage or concentration of active ingredient.
