Well, going by the comments made so far, we have heard from individuals here who had the same experience as the boy in the picture and are thankful for the opportunity. But I'm yet to see one that said his life is worse off as a result. Doesn't that tell you something?

From my observation of the picture, I do not see signs of suffering. What I see is a little boy trying to bring fun into taking his siblings to school, especially the little one on his shoulder. If it looked like he was suffering, he would have dragged the little one harshly.

Kids love to be put on the shoulder. This is just a fun picture.
