ngoziama: So where has cct been all these while. For all I care, saraki is being persecuted by tinubu and his cohorts and if buhari doesnt take time, tinubu will jeopardise his efforts to effect true change.it is a known fact that saraki opposed tinubu's earlier plan to be buharis running mate which saraki advised against a muslim/muslim ticket. Tinubu assets I guess may never even be finished by a twenty generation of tinubu family. CCT was fighting corruption with computer and electronically during your otueke jesus(GEJ)'s regime . Concuct anything you like if you are not handicapped, leggicapped or headicapped take your evidences of Tinubu's false asset declaration to CCT. We aint buying those excuses from you guys anymore and the religious lies are nor working anymore its stale and smelling rotten. |

rolchi: Ba7man, have you ever handled any project in any Oil/Gas business? Now, depending on the type of plant, there are different materials, equipment, skills to manage. For example, if you want to work or replace especially the top section of the FCC Column , you need almost a 250 to 300T Crane. Then go to Sarens to find out how much it cost to only transport only the Counterweights not to talk of the Crane.
This is the truth. Some of the steel required are not shelf material. They have to made specifically for you and the steel manufacturers will do that aafter they take your order and then schedule your quote. All these processes takes time and that itself means COST!

wirinet: Re-read the Chatem House statement and show me where Buhari outlined his policy thrust, he clearly disowned the 100 days. This is what he said
Let me break it down to you like i am talking to a baby; 1. When we get there we will quickly get correct intelligence of what is on ground, inform Nigerians - This is what Buhari has been doing the pact three months. He is taking an inventory of what is on ground.
2. We will make sure the misappropriation and misapplication of public will not be allowed. This means he will go after the money that has been stolen, not necessarily the thieves. He said you would be surpised how much savings we would realize.
3. He will then plough the recovered funds back into development projects.
These are Buhari's promises and he his pursuing it vigourously dispite all the distractions and wailings by PDP, TANoids and a certain zone of the country. Thank you greatly, so surprising that the tanoid's comments are so dry. |

People have been writing acticles and will continue to do so. But one thing is clear, that in a complex and stiff society like ours, it takes a determined, focused and strong mind to outrightly change years of moral decadence, lost values, corrupt minds, pervert mentally and irrational ills to what is obtainable by generally acceptable human standards and in advanced clans. Why will you want to build on a faulty, substandard, shaking foundation with a dilapidated structure if you don't purge, thoroughly clense and purify of any known causative factor limitating fundamental growth. We wanted change and yet want the old system to continue( although some from a particular part of this country does not want better change). The few corrupt rich wants the norm to continue and the children of the poor keeps celebrating and take excuse for their corrupt life styles. A child that has been known for failure needs to go through processes for success to come. Nigeria must be better in my generation and my children. Its getting better and it will gather momentum. We must support the anti corruption program. |

Delafruita: first,I apologise for having to quote the entire post.
You made an error by saying a probe can only occur after investigation. A probe is actually an investigation but I guess in your rush to type the long epistle, you forgot that a probe panel or committee cannot deliver a judgement.that course of action can only be taken by the judiciary.you need to have a good understanding of what a probe means before writing your next epistle
A probe can be conducted without having to incarcerate any of the dramatis personae in the transaction or course of action that has become the focus of the probe.
Will a probe require any of this dramatis personae to give evidence or put up a defence?definitely
Does a probe automatically mean an establishment of guilt?no
Can a probe serve to establish the innocent of one,few or all the dramatis personae?yes
Does the muhamadu buhari administration really need to probe the past government of Goodluck Jonathan?I believe so and so do many Nigerians
Is there a possibility Goodluck Jonathan comes out innocent after the probe is conducted?yes
Does the fact that Goodluck Jonathan conceded an election he LOST mean that he should be shielded from a probe even when there is evidence of the wanton pilfering of our collective patrimony by his cronies and appointees?I believe only an ignorant person will say yes to this
What then is the justifiable reason to say a probe/investigation shouldn't be carried out?some will say because he conceded the election but that line of though will be a betrayal of the presumed sagacity of the average nigerian
Why then are the cronies and loyalists of the former president creating all sorts of storms because a probe is about to be carries out?I can assume it means they are quite aware their principal will be caught with his hands in the cookie jar.
As for the matters regarding Rev Kukah,I can't but Feel disgust at those circulating unconfirmed stories about revered man of God.its quite unfortunate that the internet has given an avenue to all sorts of buffoons to peddle whatever they desire.thebman has a right to own a house no matter how luxurious.every human has the fundamental right to pursue happiness whether in the guise of family, properties, cars or pretty women.I don't see how having a lovely apartment means the man's hands are tainted.such assumptions aren't just insane, they are a symptom of how poverty has made our youths debase themselves.I don't see what makes that sort of house out of the reach of a middle aged reverend father with a fairly good source of income.perhaps some don't know the catholic church is the richest in the world.it might come with a vow of celibacy, but except those who deliberately make a vow of poverty, been a reverend father doesn't translatebinto been poor Some nairalandars are very brilliant and intelligent o. Politics › Re: How Jonathan Transformed The Refineries.... Setting The Record Straight by brainpulse: 7:05am On Aug 03, 2015 |
Adminisher: You are a very big LIAR. Jonathan transformed NOTHING. Nigerians are some of the most IGNORANT human beings in the world that is why you can post this falsehood with confidence. Nigeria had the opportunity to grow refineries through in situ expansion to double the current capacities but we did not. WHY?. Oil was selling at $100 a barrel and we could easily have done it . So why did we not. Why also did we spend about five years to do TAM on all the refineries and are only opening them up now?. Because they needed to raise billionaires amongst their friends and cronies. Refineries are a routine business and every 2.5 years they go for small TAM and every 5 years they go for big TAM. The business is technically intensive but Sudan, Jamaica and small west African countries run refineries as a common business. Any President who calls TAM a Transformation has insulted you. The same way they put old rocketry locomotives on refurbished coaches running on 100 year rail lines and called it transformation. The refineries that are just producing now should have finished TAM (even without the expansion) years ago but the CORRUPT cabal must steal from UN informed young men like you through unnecessary importation. This was the same cluelessness brought into LNG. The man promised Niger Delta governors Brass LNG , he even used it as an excuse for not putting the money down for another train at Bonny LNG, this project would have opened up the economy of his native Bayelsa State like never before . Nothing g was done on that. Even the dividend Nigeria was making from the running trains in Bobby LNG was mis appropriated for years. You guys should stop deceiving yourselves. It is your life and your country. Some people have sold you into second slavery and you should condemn even if they are from yoir tribe. It is your life and your country. |
