I hope the people advising you to go for Pixel Phones have not forgotten to tell you that the same reason why you're avoiding Samsung Phones should be the same reason why you should avoid Pixel Phones too? |
Railway commutes tracks should be built all over Lagos, this will end the traffic jams! |
What deters you from marrying both? Why have we over copied the white man's way of life? |
You people are damaged in the name of civilization! I would bath my daughter till shes old enough to bath herself! |
Sheuns:This was the exact bible verse i wanted to quote against this silly message from the RCCG Leader! |
Sheuns:This was the exact bible verse i wanted to quote against this silly message from the RCCG Leader! All they care about is tithes, offerings, pledges and contributions! Go look at the Catholic Faith Community, they fund Caritas and they help in war torn areas, refugees camp around the world! What has RCCG and Winners Chapel done to help ease the sufferings of the Nigerian Citizens who are mostly their members affected and displaced by terrorist attacks in Nigeria Apart from “talking/speaking up against it?” These are some reasons why i dont take churches serious anymore, they are all very Un-Christian-ly in their qualities. |
I don't believe anything they’re saying unless they post the full chat history, unedited! Human words can be twisted to fit narratives desired but texts, they would need to be smarter to twist set text messages for same purpose and not get exposed. |
He has vied for the governorship position twice before and lost honourably! We don’t know him and if there’s a third term, Seyi lekan si! |
Just try not to believe all you see on social media. This guy is a content creator and a phone technician, his jokes are quite bland and he hardly ever teaches anything pertaining to phone repairs. This is just one of his skits! |
samwash:In the medieval era, nobody had a personal bible to begin with, only a few esoterics and scholars. In fact she would be hunted down for owning a bible! Besides in Christianity’s most violent era, they wouldn’t be concerned with such trivial matters like a peasant burning a bible but rather more concerned with extorting funds to improve military. |
UkoAnnang:I was about to say this! What happened to the real first wife? The mother of the crowned prince? Because I know very well that this young woman cannot birth a man the age of th Crowned Prince! |
Let’s all ask ourselves, why didn’t the baby daddy stay? |
Some Single mums I know simply believe they don’t deserve anything good! And that toxicity? Well inbuilt and fully functional. My experience asking one out genuinely, her response killed my drive and created a prejudiced thought for me. She doesn’t believe in growth and expects you to be already fully sufficient! In this economy where we are already trying to make ends meet? Since we were really good friends already, I just placed the thought of having something serious with her or any other single mum atop the high shelf for good! They are their own problem. |
I reserved my personal comment and views but I know that people of a certain threshold of intelligence will be very happy about this doctrinal increment and might even go as far as to celebrate it! What about people who cannot store their blood ahead of rainy weather? People with sickle cell anomaly or even people who need organ and marrow transplant? Do these set of believers need to start banking their marrow and organs ahead just in case it fails? |
This is the configuration port number 8080 that mostly works for those crazy China phones and DOCOMO LG back then, every other normal phone like Nokia, SE, Samsung Philips, Siemens, Alcatel and Motorola, port 9201 and the same access point worked flawlessly |
In sane climes, I could have become a genius chemist who dabbles into every form of science that helps humans and practically advanced them because of my curiosity on “how and why” but even though I dreamt of it, all I can do now is to set up the environment for my offspring’s which I have almost achieved! |
Didn’t watch it but come back in 20 years time, it’s just too early! But if you can sustain five years, you have the capacity to make it infinite! |
Slytiger:I have a very strong feeling that this story by the Nigerian police is a blatant lie! Else they would have shown the faces of the criminals and not have them turn their back on the camera without the need to apply mosaic/ blur the picture and these names quoted may have been manufactured and not the real names of these individuals who may already have been bailed by now! |
Deo1986:Regals aren’t presidents! Correct the notion please |
I dare her to go by her Marital Surname! |
Thundafireseun:I was about to say the same when I saw your comment! |
So you mean to tell me now that even Sons cannot anymore stand defensive for their mother or their sisters ![]() Can someone please remind me again what good has religion done for man? |
ARISHEM:You are indeed a very reasonable fellow! There is hardly anyprovisions for Public Convenience in Lagos state as a whole, yet they take pride in punishing presumed erring citizens! |
QuinQQ:What you’re telling me right now is that if I had my hair cut or loosened, I wouldn’t have been robbed? And the police would not behave violently towards me when I went to them for help? With such a clueless bias about appearance, I am beginning to wonder the kind of thoughts that go through your mind and how much knowledge/information you massively need to evolve into a better thinking individual! |
QuinQQ:Voila! ![]() |
QuinQ:Been offline, Yes, My own hair was woven but not like a woman’s! |
QuinQ:And ? That gives the police the effrontery to be uncivil and unprofessional in carrying out their duties? Did you think this question through before posting it? |
FortCavazosKnox:Now this is crazy for real though 🤣 🤣 🤣 |
I would like to report an incident that occurred this morning at approximately 9:00 AM at the Ikorodu Police Station. Earlier, around 08:20 AM, I was robbed by two individuals at the BRT station in Ketu. The robbery was carried out through intimidation and force. Although I am physically capable of defending myself, I chose not to escalate the situation because I suspected they might have been carrying a concealed weapon. I prioritized my safety and allowed them to take what they wanted. After arriving safely in Ikorodu, I decided to visit the police station — not only to report the robbery but also to inquire whether the Nigerian Police Force offers any form of combat or self-defense training for citizens. My intention was simply to seek information that could help me better protect myself in the future. At the entrance of the station, I met five men. Two of them were wearing police vests and were eating; the other three were in plain clothes. I greeted them politely, and most responded except one officer who had his back turned to me. I explained my robbery experience and asked about possible self-defense or training programs. One officer began explaining options such as constable training or the SPF. While I was listening and preparing to ask further questions, another officer who had been backing me suddenly turned around and aggressively shouted, “My friend, go join the Constable or the SPF or get out of here!” I calmly responded, “But sir, I am asking for information.” Before I could say anything further, he faced me angrily and began physically pushing me out of the station entrance. I asked whether it was wrong to report being robbed and seek help. Instead of responding professionally, he mocked my appearance, asking if I was a woman to have my hair woven, and went as far as saying that I was responsible for being robbed. I found these comments unnecessary and deeply unprofessional. As I tried to maintain my balance while being pushed, other men outside the gate joined in pushing me out, asking if I knew who I was talking to. I was treated as though I was a criminal rather than a citizen seeking assistance. In frustration, I said, “This is why Nigerian youth don’t like the police.” One of the officers replied, “We also don’t like you people.” While I was standing outside in shock, the officer who had initially spoken to me later advised me to visit the Ikeja Headquarters and ask for the SOT office to continue from there. The reason I am sharing this is not to attack the entire Nigerian Police Force but to document my experience. I have always tried to be a law-abiding citizen. Unfortunately, I have consistently experienced profiling and hostility, often because of my physique and appearance. Today’s incident reinforced my disappointment. It is troubling to seek help from your own country’s police after being robbed, only to be treated with aggression and disrespect — especially over something as trivial as having braided hair. I am sharing this in the hope that accountability and professionalism can improve, because citizens should not be discouraged from seeking help. |
Even if someone help this guy, he wouldn’t do much! Just relax! He went to school for the Certificate, not to improve his mind! |
The Holy Bible says “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it!” Children are what we call a “blank canvass” wether they know they were adopted or not, is not the problem and it doesn’t not change the fact that they need to be guided, nurtured and loved! I blame the orphanage for not doing a background check on prospective Adoptive parents before commencing adoption to check whether they qualify as good parents. I can boldly say that the reason why all these children turn out bad was because their adoptive parents nurtured and trained them with the mentality of “so they wouldn’t say it was because they were adopted!” They spared the rod, accepted their every whims and bowed to every pressure! Every family with an adoption I know personally don’t have this complain the OP posted because the families were Traditional Parenting oriented and their marriage was stable! You can’t expect even a biological child to grow up in a bad setup of a family and not turn out despicable ninety percent of the times! TLDR; improper parenting breeds damaged children. |
David no do well for this matter! Even if he may not be her father, he could just at least be nice to a little girl and put her mind to rest by just doing a single paternity test, like a free gift to her. I can’t imagine how bad the poor girl would feel, reading all these harsh insultive words from a man she was told is her father! |
