If this man could afford 45Million naira for a wedding, common sense tells me he can also chose to relocate to America and process his green card without hassles!

So how come the supposed wife is saying that he married her for "green card"

I see so many SIMPs here, especially those ones who are in staunch support of ladies wearing wig to hide their natural hair.

I concur with the OP on this one, I'd spend on my woman's real hair than on synthetics!

Health / The Wonderful Relationship Between An Unborn And The Mother by brainycaleb(m): 3:42pm On Jan 07, 2022
“When pregnant, the cells of the baby migrate into the mothers bloodstream and then circle back into the baby, it’s called “fetal-maternal microchimerism”.

For 41 weeks, the cells circulate and merge backwards and forwards, and after the baby is born, many of these cells stay in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the mothers tissues, bones, brain, and skin, and often stay there for decades. Every single child a mother has afterwards will leave a similar imprint on her body, too.

Even if a pregnancy doesn't go to full term or if you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into your bloodstream.

Research has shown that if a mother's heart is injured, fetal cells will rush to the site of the injury and change into different types of cells that specialize in mending the heart.

The baby helps repair the mother, while the mother builds the baby.

How cool is that?

This is often why certain illnesses vanish while pregnant.

It’s incredible how mothers bodies protect the baby at all costs, and the baby protects & rebuilds the mother back - so that the baby can develop safely and survive.

Think about crazy cravings for a moment. What was the mother deficient in that the baby made them crave?

Studies have also shown cells from a fetus in a mothers brain 18 years after she gave birth. How amazing is that?”

If you’re a mom you know how you can intuitively feel your child even when they are not there….Well, now there is scientific proof that moms carry them for years and years even after they have given birth to them.

I find this to be so very beautiful.

It vaguely means "God said". Toritsegin is simply an abbreviation of the full name, if you can post the full name, I will help you translate.

My Mother's Itsekiri, that's the only language I know and fluently speak.

The rate at which girls are being killed and used for ritual purposes and even video recorded is preposterous! Death to every ritualist!

I know some people will say the girls are runs girls, greedy girls no home training useless girls, ashawo!

But they were just trying to survive too, the society was too hard on them!

Imagine say na your sister dey secretly dey do runs just to survive? And she fell victim to a ritualist!

Abeg make we honour life abeg! Ritualist are no longer humans, anywhere they are caught, I pray they meet the same fate as the helpless people they killed!

OP, if you carry on with the suicidal thought, you would leave your mother hurting till the day she dies!

To get a job done, you have to do it yourself! My advice for you is to stop complaining and fix things yourself

Save up some money, travel away from Lagos to somewhere inexpensive to live with many factories, ibadan, Ogun and Osun States Maybe, get a job in one of these factories and lift yourself slow and steadily, then work extensively on yourself and build your self as an asset, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Then try lift your mother from the stressful life she's living currently.

It isn't easy for anybody in the world even the rich, but that's where the fun lies... From nothing to something, might take time but... From nothing to something bro, you're a healthy person who even have a phone to come online, you have everything to be grateful for!

Bros Igbos too like Ikwerres. We like them as well as brothers. But one thing we vehemently disagree is that one is under the other. It has not been before it can't be now.

For me, Igbo is Igbo. Wether from Delta, Rivers, Ebonyi or even Arochukwu, all I see is Igbo. But having Igbos from a particular location verbally denying their heritage whilst being proved otherwise by their action is outright Hypocrisy! For me, I'm just an Igbo man.
Just check their cultural attire for example, it's not 3ven modified in any way! A typical Igbo attire.

Education / Re: The Smartest Family In Britain Today, Is An African Family Of Nigerian Descent. by brainycaleb(m): 8:00am On Jan 02, 2022
I think this post was actually copied from Quora, including the pictures, virtually all these achievements were all pointed out to be untrue about the family, all these achievements of which most of them aren't theirs, especially the Annemarie achievements, there were other people who hold such records. Take Ruth Lawrence for example.

For facts, read through the comments

Bottom line is... They are British citizens, if they had stayed in Nigeria, they would be the average Joe's and Janes

Why not Igbo Ikwerre?
Must Ikwerre be Igbo. We are superior bro. Take ur plague out of us.
Truth and morality are not always decided by number.
What is Igbo word for Yes?

One thing I would never do, is to argue with my eyes! If what I am seeing isn't an illusion, then I believe. And I will not insult anyone to prove points anymore, "Igbo-Ikwerre" is the most laughable term I've come to see in this new year. Nwayọ nwayọ Ọ!

Maybe I'm still experiencing hangover from yesterday's party, the year is too early to look for trouble.
