So, why was the prayer not answered? |
If na Naija, gun-toting herders go dey inside the bush. Once in a while, dem go bring their cows to shit on the lawns. If dem see ves for your face, dem go rape your wife and kill you. So, answer to your question: Nigerian villas no fit dey like that. |
E don start. |

No doubt, there are MANY ways to get paying customers as a car dealer. But I bet, none of them is as effective as getting yourself a verified and optimized Google My Business listing. What makes it so effective is that hundreds of customers look for you instead of you looking for them. People who are looking for you are always those who ALREADY have the money in their hands. But those that you are looking for may not have the money or may not need a car at the moment. But, How Does Google My Business Work? It works through Google Search and Google Maps to connect those looking for certain services and products (this time, cars) in your locality to YOUR business address, phone number and other contacts and info. For example, if someone searches for "cars for sale Lagos"... www.nairaland.com/attachments/13173765_screenshot20210221142517_jpegfaee81d1b1578e0f6a5d0edc85f0f0f0 There is a part of the search results that look like this: www.nairaland.com/attachments/13173775_screenshot20210221142437_jpeg21565bd3a0c7f36ff121f9261d497fab That is Google My Business listing. Research has shown that most buyers are more likely to trust a business that appears at the top of the list (as above). One of the reasons for such trust is the star ratings from users. If you can get your GMB listing right, you can never ever struggle to get customers all because you will just be there in your shop while Google searchers are connecting to you on their own. So, I advice you to click here and learn more about Google My Business listing. It's worth every minute or money invested into it. Thank you. |
That's because these 3 car sellers are the ones who implemented that keyword most effectively. However, anyone else can also implement it better with better results. Plus, there are other popular keywords to implement. All you need is to research them out. I can help you here too. |
The GMB section of the search results will look like this.
|
For instance, let's assume that one of such keywords being used by prospective buyers to search for cars in Lagos is "Cars for sale Lagos".
|
EFFECTIVE GMB OPTIMIZATION STARTS WITH A GOOD KEYWORD RESEARCH Yes, just like SEO generally, local SEO runs on keyword research and implementation. What this means is that you have to discover the exact arrangements of words that most people are using to search for your kind of product or service. Those arrangements of words are known as keywords. Usually, there will be numerous keywords being used by many people. The best bet is to look for a couple of keywords with HIGH TRAFFIC but LOW COMPETITION and work with them. |

YorubaPrince:I'm ashamed to know that these evils were done by Igbos since I'm Igbo. But, isn't it very hypocritical for anyone to try to insinuate that such crimes are exclusive to any tribe? |
I feel a strong inner urge to do this. So, I consider it a piece of inspiration. Now, I want you guys to do it and see what happens. No matter your religion or denomination, just do this with simple faith in the God "who made Heaven and Earth" of Psalm 121. Just follow these short simple steps: 1. Right now, wherever you are, know that God is right there right right now. You can see that I am repeating the word "NOW". So, take that as an emphasis. "Now (not tomorrow) is the hour of salvation" (as stated in 2 Cor 6:2). 2. Whisper the following CAPITALIZED words into God's ears that are everywhere. (for Christians and Jews around, you can read Psalm 94:8-10 to help you here): LORD, YOU DO NOT HATE ME SINCE YOU MADE ME. INSTEAD, YOU LOVE ME. SO, I AM VERY SURE THAT YOU DON'T WANT ME TO BE SORROWFUL IN LIFE. THEREFORE I KNOW IT'S YOUR WILL FOR ME TO HAVE A HAPPY MARRIAGE. NOW, THEREFORE, LORD, ACCORDING TO YOUR WILL, CONNECT ME TO THAT ONE AND ONLY ONE PERSON THAT YOU MADE TO BE MY SPOUSE. LET HIM/HER BE MY BEST FRIEND AND MY SPOUSE ROLLED UP INTO ONE. 3. Now, with the eye of your mind, SEE yourself joined with that ONE made for YOU. (Christians can read Mark 11:23, 24 to help them here). 4. Conclude the prayer the way you do in your religion or denomination. 5. Comment "Amen" to this post (or any other word used in concluding a prayer made to God in your religion or denomination). The reason for typing your agreement word is for there to be a public witness and agreement to the prayer. "When two or more of you AGREE as pertaining to ANYTHING, I will DO it for you" (Matthew 18:19). 6. Continue to repeat steps 1 to 4 at your convenient time. Sorry, I can only quote the scriptures from the Bible because that's the only scripture that I am familiar with. But, that same Bible makes me to know that "of a truth, God is no respecter of persons. But, in every nation, whoever respects Him and works righteousness, is accepted with Him" (Acts 10:34, 35). YOU CAN ALSO DO THIS ON BEHALF OF A LOVED ONE. |
iaamxavier:Well, it's not just the Southern leaders that need to get smarter but also Southern masses. For example, see how Southerners here on Nairaland are always rushing to stoke tribal hatred among themselves (like the person you quoted). I'm Igbo and I'm happy to see you remind him with a good example that saboteurs don't come from any one tribe. In fact, Igbo saboteurs are even worse. Tinubu might maintain criminal silence while Yorubas are getting killed. But, how many times has Tinubu gone as far as inviting soldiers to kill Yoruba activists (like OPC members or Sunday Igboho)? Some of my Igbo brothers can be very stupid. Although I have discovered that there are many people who now pretend to be Igbo in order to create a distaste against Igbos by making stupid comments that appear to be pro-Igbo. Otherwise, how can people be that stupid? |
One question that I have never been able to answer is: Why is it that our soldiers, police, and President are ALWAYS swift to go tough on anyone opposing these KILLER herders but NEVER tough on the killers themselves? Nigerians really need to wake up because they are ALL endangered species right now.Flashpoints of herder banditry (like Southern Kaduna, Benue, and now South-West) are a template that will soon spread everywhere in the country unless Nigerians RISE unanimously and courageously against this ill wind BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. Please, for a better Nigeria, I want you all to read this thread on The Google Inc Secret For A BETTER Personal/National Economy. |
Good of the governor. But I must say that I am not impressed by these rusty-looking aerial photos of Lagos. When I compare it with random aerial photos of cities in other countries, I wonder why we haven't been able to build modern cities in Nigeria WITH ALL OUR OIL WEALTH flowing for decades now. Young Nigerians, we need to change this ugly scenario of our country. I recommend for everyone to read this thread on The Google Inc Secret For A BETTER Personal/National Economy. |
OK, are we out of recession now? Many Nigerians may not agree with you oga. But truth be told, without Osinbajo on the team, imagine what would have happened to the Nigerian economy under this government! Osinbajo may not be the best that we have. But, he is a proof that leadership is all about applying workable ideas, not just issuing bossy orders left right and center. Now, imagine having a person of ideas as the Nigerian President instead of the deputy! |
Sorry dear. Please mention the person's Nairaland moniker so that he can come here to defend himself for the sake of transparency and fair hearing. |
I know that the tribal banters will soon take the center stage here. But, the truth is that fraud has no tribes in Nigeria. Instead, too many Nigerians of all tribes seem to live with this very wrong mentality that cheating is smartness. But history proves them wrong: The smartest people ever had the exact opposite mindset. |
