Pending when all these would be resolved, I suggest you meet the branch manager of the bank where you took the loan. Make him understand you are making efforts to pay up. Atleast, you were not defaulting till you lost your job.
2. If anything happens to you, it won't be written off. Rather your next of kin would take the fall....
List the debts as was suggested to you earlier.... |

layzie: Op: Since u have been doing it and OK with it, y are u making him say please this time?...when u have been doing so without him saying 'pls' and will still do it whether he says 'please' or not.
If he concedes and says pls, how is he sure that u wnt make that a condition for doing it going forward? Or even extends the condition to every other thing...sex, food etc.
That's y he doesn't want to say it...before he turns to a beggar in his own house
He is not a baby and im sure he knows to pet u or say pls to you. Dnt just make it a condition, like if u dnt say pls, u are not getting bla bla bla It is not being a beggar. It's about being polite. There are five magic words that can douse any situation. They are: Please, excuse me, sorry, thank you and pardon me. Even our father in heaven loves us using these words. How.much more we humans? I have a cleaning woman who comes to clean on Saturdays. I noticed she leaves some things undone unless I tell her. That is when you hear me tell her; "Madam, please wipe the windows today". And so on. I can as well order her to do it since she is in my employ, and especially as shes taking advantage of some things. But I feel more comfortable putting please in my requests. So I just simply started withdrawing from being too familiar and gisting and what not. |

Health › Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by Breadfruit: 9:05am On Mar 27, 2016 |
AlphaHandMaiden: Hello breadfruit,
Although i havent used the SA huggies brand, the thing with reviews is that for every person that thinks its the best thing since the resurrection of christ, another person will think its absolute sh*t!.
One average a new born will need to be changed anything between 6 to 12 times a day. For newborn nappies as long as it has the wetness indicator strip which changes colour when its wet that is all you really need. This is because newborns wee very little in the first weeks - only about a teaspoon at a time in the first few days, so this indicator is good way of checking all his/her internal plumbing is working ok.
So if you average changing about 8 -10 times a day a pack of 38 will last about 4 days.
How long your baby stays in that nappy size will depend on how much the LO weighs at birth and how much they put on..... mine averages at putting on about 1kg per month for the first 2-3 months. So we out grew the size 2 just before 3 months. Now at 4 months we go through about 6 no size 3 nappies on an uneventful day
You will also be able to tell by eye if the nappies look too small on your LO. Or when you start getting too many poo leaks .... it may be time to go up in size.
I got both pampers and huggies as gifts as those are the most popular brands and i have used other un-branded ones as well and i find i like different things in each one. You can try a few brands before you decide which you prefer, both in performance and cost-wise and buy in bulk.
PS. I also use cloth nappies and will be using that exclusively when my "gifts" run out except for the odd out of town/ long distance travel when i will go with disposable, however that is a whole different subject matter. Thank you so much. This was very, very helpful.... |
Family › Re: How Much Does A Packet Of Disposable Diaper Cost In Nigeria ? by Breadfruit: 6:11pm On Mar 26, 2016 |
Onegai: (I know this is an old thread just wanted to chip in on this) actually, modern cloth diapers are no longer like this and certainly don't need Nappisan to soak them. They're pretty easy to use and doctors are recommending them more (pediatricians in my family are cool. with me using them). And you certainly don't need to handwash them (not unless you have a thing for punishing yourself ). We've never had diaper rash (rashes come more when we use disposables like imported Pampers especially). Hi dear. Please how do I get these and does the poop stay in the pant or is there a lining worn in to absorb the poop and pee? |

Good day all,
Please I bought a pack of SA Huggies (38 diapers), size 2 for 3-6kg and I have a couple questions. 1. Is it a good brand? This is because I'm seeing mixed reviews about it.... 2. How many packs do I need for a new born? Will 1 pack of 38 diapers be adequate or to get 1 more? 2b. How many months can a baby wear size 2 diapers? 3. If I have to change it, what other brand can I get?
Thanks in anticipation! |
