Literature / Re: Joy Akosa: What Fake Earring Did To My Baby by Breadfruit: 4:29pm On Jun 07, 2019 |
It's always good to check your baby. Once happened to mine but I caught it in good time before it got out of hand. Even today, after wearing her original stud, she complained it was painful and I promptly removed it. |

Stupid police officers. All they can do is harass innocent citizens. When are they going to storm kidnappers' hideouts? |

All of them (Toke, Chika Ike, Ini Edo and Co) are carrying very similar shapes like dolls manufactured by the same maker. Shapes looking so perfect and plastic. You can do this without it being too obvious. Without looking like a plasticine doll. |

locodemy: I appreciate your answer but I do not appreciate your condescending statement of "you people don't listen". I truly did not understand because I have been getting dividends for a long time now and this is the first time I'm hearing I cannot get my dividend because I bought from secondary market. I'm not a robot that will move mindlessly at any instruction, would have called but their customer service doesn't exactly have the best reviews. Was just seeking clarification. Nonetheless, thank you for your help. |

ukay2: atilla: But I already took the forms to my bank for banker's confirmation of signature. The bank stamped on the form and I took it back home and scanned it to United Securities. The thing is, I don't understand what United Securities want me to do further. Do I call my brokers and tell them I need CSCS stock transfer form? But the stocks are already in my portfolio. Why is United Securities different,? |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Breadfruit: 4:48pm On May 30, 2019 |
Hello all. Kudos on the good job so far. I tried to submit my edividend form to United Securities today and they were saying I have to get a Cscs stock transfer form as I bought from the secondary market, bla bla. They are the first to tell me all this Engrish o. I have filled several mandates without issues and have been enjoying my tashere dividends quietly. Please what is the way forward? |

Please is it that gtbank bid keeps failing or what? I will put in for the primary market And not get debited? This is like the third time. Since February that the last one matured? |
Investment / Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Breadfruit: 7:03pm On May 17, 2019 |
Marula: I usually ask them to bid for me at whatever rate they are bidding for themselves. I guess the bid failed because I've still not been debited. |

I submitted for the primary market in GTB. I am yet to be debited and they said I'd be debited Thursday evening/Friday morning.... |

What gist are we gisting when your friend is not there? Hian. Let me even keep quiet about the food. Because you will not step your thin legs inside my house in my husband's absence. 3. Send me to buy credit? It is like you are mad o. Stark, raving mad. Just that you are yet to tear your cloths and run into the market. Loooool. No be only credit, na crayfish. Loooool. 4. Apolo wetin? Are you referring to Apollo, the eye infection? He will get nada from me. Mad people everywhere. Loool. 2 Likes 1 Share |

You say "how do you get your certificate back"? Which certificate? Did you graduate? You should be talking about your money. Forget that certification side. 4 Likes |

I dropped a request at GTB for TBILLS last Monday which tenure was to be 364 days (primary market). I was never debited. What do you advice please? Do I go for the secondary market this week or do I go next Monday to fill another form? Please I would appreciate your kind responses as the money is just there in the account. I'm not working currently and it is the interest that I utilize for one or two things over the course of the year. |

Thanks @ agbalowwomeri, mrcy56 anf peterichy for your comments. I really appreciate. But this profit taking looks like dumping with over 15m units on offer and no bid. It's funny. I will also remain on standby then at 20k bus stop. |

Tobyarab: True. I'm not saying I'm perfect but I personally had to drag out our glass table myself when my baby started crawling under and hitting her head on it. I'm not blaming him but to me, I can't fathom an indoor pool. What if an adult is feverish and sleepwalking and falls inside? |

I thought the bear times are times to stock up on good companies with good fundamentals so as to make profit when the market recovers? Since whatever goes down, must come up. Seems like the preaching here is different. Now, all the bank prices have started going back up. |

Is it safe to buy First Bank now, since the stock has recovered and may go higher so i can atleast make little profit. My fingers have been burnt, over 100k lost and it seems like more to follow. |

Wow. I didn't know a platform like this existed. All the shares I bought when I started trading myself some 2/3 months past have gone down, some to half the price sef. It is discouraging to say the least. |
