Congratulations and welcome mama. First of all, you need to start taking folic acid one tablet a day. You can also add fesolate to it.

Some mothers prefer Pregnancare or other types of prenatal drugs (though expensive), it usually covers all the vitamins and nutrients you need for this journey.

Just speak to a good pharmacist in your area for more advice. But if you can't afford the expensive ones, your folic acid and fesolate got you covered. Some add bcomplex, calcium and vitamin c, but general hospital gives only folic acid and fesolate except there is need to add others.

Most hospitals won't register you for antenatal until you are up to 3 months. But some privates don't mind accepting you.

For now, try eating a balanced meal and take plenty water. Hopefully, you will not have morning sickness but if you do, you will be alright after 3 months cheesy

You may have more questions as your pregnancy progresses and you may notice some changes in your body like mild lower abdominal pain when your womb starts expanding to accommodate baby and the rest, feel free to share it here and mamas will help you out or direct you to your doctor when necessary.

For hospitals, other mamas here may suggest one, or you could ask mamas in your neighborhood for ideas. All the best!

Meanwhile, state your EDD so that your teammates will welcome you and you will be added to their group.

Thank you so much Mama. I truly appreciate.

Remain blessed

Wishing you a BFP. Buy urine PT that should give you an accurate result because it means you're more than 2 weeks after ovulation.

The wait is over Ma. Help me thank the Lord God Almighty.

He has healed my heart

Good morning Fruitful mothers and hopeful mothers to be.

I pray to God that I will come back here [b]someday to testify and be an encouragement to others.

I have been married since Dec 2020 and I have not been able to concieve, although my husband is not steadily around.
But after our wedding, we had two months to stay together and there was not conception. Again, this time, he has been around since two months and no signs of conception.

Please experienced mothers, I am beginning to get worried and would like to know the first and early steps in tackling infertility issues.

I don't want to wait and think it's God's purpose or will when maybe I could do something on my own part to take care of it.

I am hoping on your kind advice and suggestions.

Thank you

Little did I know that the someday will be so soon.

The Lord has fixed it at the right time. May his name be praised.

Thank you to all the mamas in the house, yours words of encouragement and guidance have made me speechless. God bless you all.

To as many that are waiting, God will honor ur patience and bless ur womb IJN.

Good morning Ma,
First, you have to know your menstrual cycle.
This will help you to pinpoint your fertile period and Ovulation.

Encourage your DH to go for Semen analysis, this helps to know if he is not shooting blank.

Thank you Ma. I am 2days late and I have not been late in the last 6months. I don't feel any pregnancy symptom but I felt some cramps before my expected menstruation. I don't want to panic but at the same time, I don't understand it

Many of you don't even understand my write-up. Am not abusing salary earners, I only use myself as a case study to advice the op, yet people still don't understand me. I have many brilliant/intelligent people working with me and I like them

You have not started crying. You think you can come here and bully people without getting feedbacks. You think we have senseless people here that you can talk to any how.

Your grammatical errors have given you away already. Businessman indeed

There are so many salary earners in this country that earn far more than you earn though cheesy.

I hate when people call salary earners "unproductive". If Dangote offers you a top job now, u no go grab am?

Dear Mum to Be,You have been married barely 6months so it is way too early for you to start beating yourself up(or being pained in your own words). The stress you giving the matter can keep you from taking in too.

I would advice that you start taking folic acid, fruits and vegetables to prepare your womb and it’s blood flow.

Also, since you are certain that you are ovulating for now forget Apps and charting your cycle and just enjoying making love with your husband, the more you do it the greater the chances so aims for 3times a week.

If you are not pregnant by December then you can both go to a hospital to carry out fertility tests.

I pray we hear good news from you so we can tease you here when you wear red lipstick and dance during baby naming.I hope this cheers you up some our new wife.x.

Thank you Ma

Goodevening mummies. I hope to be called a mummy one day.
I got married in Dec 2020. Before I got married, I never thought I would worry about TTCing the way I am worried now. After we got married, I was with my husband from Dec 23rd till January 4th. During this time, I wasn't ovulating, rather my next cycle was just about to commence. By January 6th, my ovulation started and I travelled back to meet my husband. After this time, I was hoping to conceive but unfortunately, I didn't.

As God will have it, I relocated fully to be with my husband. We tried again during my next ovulation in February but I was heavily disappointed. My husband and I didn't see till the end of March but he came back just when I was ovulating and I was sooo hopeful that this timing was perfect. My af was supposed to start on 14th April after I ovulated on 30th March. I didn't see any sign of my period even till 14th. I was just praying and hoping not to be disappointed but unfortunately, I was heavily disappointed this morning 15/04/2021 when I felt a wetness . lol and behold, it was my period. I cried so much in my heart, I didn't even know why.
But my major concern is that my husband is not steadily around. The nextime I will see him is 11th June and it's a bad timing for us.

I need your advice on any possible cause of this delay. I know it's too premature to worry but sometimes I can't help but wonder how someone can get raped in an uncomfortable place just once and the person will get pregnant.

I am soo pained right now
