Please mamas, I don't know if what I feel in Braxton Hicks contraction or something else. But let me try and explain it. I feel a tightened bump at intervals of 5mins within a period of 1-2hrs and it's usually painless. I hope everything is fine.

The other thing is that I noticed that this tightening became more frequent since I started eating date fruit in large quantity since Thursday night. Should I stop eating the date fruit

Heavenly Lord we thank you for this wonderful journey and beautiful experience we are currently having because without you we wouldn't be here today, father accept every bit of our praises of you (amen), provide us with the necessary things we need to be mothers and fathers to these lovely gifts from you and grant us good health from heaven above to birth and look after our little ones. We commit the reminder of our pregnancy journey onto your care, we join our hands and souls in one accord that we shall not experience stillbirth, complications or death amongst us( using this as a prayer point that you console families who are passing through this and Lord bless them with double for their trouble and pain very soon) in Jesus mighty name. We pray oh Lord that our testimonies are permanent and we receive the strength to carry on with life in Jesus precious name. AMEN!!!

I hope teamperfection are in top gear preparing to meet our little ones in faith soonest. I'm sorry some of us are having third trimester morning sicknesses, please let's hang on a little because God who has given us the strength till this stage will finish with us.

Hope we are taking our drugs(even if not everyday) and then let's listen to our doctors or health practitioner's advice and seek second or even third opinions where necessary. Let us also endeavor to eat fruits or take smoothies regularly or seldomly for people who can't tolerate it and eat healthy foods.

May the great provider surprise us all and make things easy.

Congratulations on your successful surgery Sis and sorry about your loss, I would say anything between 3-6 months, I had myomectomy and took in 6 -7 months later, though my Dr cleared us from 12weeks which is 3 months.

Goodafternoon Mamas. I went for my antenatal today and got a scary revelation about my pregnancy. I am 30weeks gone and doctor said my baby's position is supposed to be head down already. She says by 37weeks if it's not head down, I will be booked for CS which costs between 200-250k( this is a general hospital o).

Please is there anything I need to do to help reposition my baby??

Goodevening all. I went to a cyber cafe to do my thumbprint today. The cafe guy told me that thumb printing has not started. I told him that a know alot of people that have already done theirs. So why would he say they have not started.

He explained to me that he called Npower office in Abuja and they told him that the software for this batch is not ready yet. And that cafes are using the old software and that they may have to repeat it. The cafe guy said it's only when they release the software that he can be able to download it.

It is low for a pregnant woman. I had pcv of 29% at 5 months plus low blood pressure and I was admitted to treat the 2.

Good morning Mamas. Is PCV of 28% too low for a pregnant woman? I went for PCV test at 4months and it was 28%> I did another one at 6months and it still said 28%. I don't know if the error can be from the scientist or that's just what it is. The doctor recommended that I increase my fersolate intake to twice a day.

It's shameful for a woman to cheat cuz no man will like to wife a cheater. More so, cheating depreciate the value of a woman cuz no man will like to wife a promiscuous woman.

A cheating man with high value can still have lots of women running after him to secure their places in his life cuz they believe he can provide. But that's not same with a woman. It is true you won't be registered but for antenatal not regular visit as in this situation. I met some pregnant women who came for treatments for malaria and anorexia(as in my case) and we were all attended to. Go to a hospital you've registered with before and let them attend to you on this and you can later choose the hospital of your liking for antenatal.
And yes, bco is bcomplex.

There is a health centre at ozuoba though I haven't used it. I stay at NTA, Location and I'm using military hospital at rumuola. I am a FTM too.

For now, I am enjoying my experience at Military Hosp and no strike. With the residents doctors on strike, UPTH and BMH are badly affected.

For antenatal fee at Milit Hosp:
Below 6months: 23/24k(can't remember precisely)
Above 6month: 33k

The last reply really says it all. I just want to ask, how many weeks gone since you have EDD??
If you tested positive early this month I don't think you have gone for scan cos its too early for it to be detected by a scan. Though pregnancy is dated back to the first day of the last period so you may add two weeks to when you find out.
Secondly, Since you reside in PH, look for any Primary health care centres that has a scheme supported by Shell and register cos it makes the whole pregnancy journey less expensive.
Like I just registered yesterday for my wife at Rumuokurusi.
Lastly, my curiosity led me to a site when me and my wife read what happens on a weekly basis on pregnancy. Here is the link, it's a very good site.

You're meant to do some early test now that the pregnancy is there.. That's to tend to you and the baby. Test like HIV, Herpatitis, Your HB and PCV level etc...
