Education / Re: 5 Top Reasons Why Some Girls Go Into Campus Runs. My Experience by BreezyRita(f): 9:40pm On Jun 05, 2016 |
Ok! Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Runz-girlism is bad. Fornication is bad. Adultery is bad. But then, what is being said about the men who actually patronise these girls No one mentioned them here. Everyone is saying how dirty it is but it seems we've forgotten it takes at least two to do the act. What of the men who seek some of these girls out in hostels? They go as far as paying younger men to serve as middlemen for them. These men cheat on their spouses without second thought. Its always been a man's world mehn. Even when the adulterous woman in the Bible was caught and about to be stoned to death, nothing was about the man with whom she was caught. Now, I'm not saying prostitution is anywhere near okay, (God forbid!) But if we are stating what is good and bad (which by the way is most times illusions), we should do it right! The girls who engage in runz are greedy. Same goes for the men who pay them for sex! Whoa! I digressed from the topic. Op, stated some of the reasons and left out poverty. Believe me, it is a big reason, second only to greed. Yeah right. But since it was from his/herpersonal experience and its obvious he/she attended a Behind university, he/she gets a pass. I think everything boils down to choice. You chose what you wanna do with your life. But hey! Sometimes you need to tweak your destiny a little to get there When she sleeps with her boss to get the job? That's runz-girlism and that's 'tweaking your destiny' too. She sleeps with that Alhaji to get capital to start her business, that's 'tweaking' too! On a more serious note, y'all complaining and talking sh*t. How come the hoes are getting wifed every Saturday? And the good girls are still single, searching? Huh Biko, who are the aliens marrying them? We the 'decent' girls need some 2 Likes |
Religion / Re: Ways Satan Manifests Himself In Our Churches Today by BreezyRita(f): 4:58pm On May 08, 2016 |
izzy4shizzy: You've said it all. How can a believer think that a 'married' woman breastfeeding her child is tempting him? Huh? And the ushers. I wish we all tried to understand with them. They are human and believe me, church wouldn't be what it is without them. If they ask you to sit at a particular place, its not that they don't like you or something, they want orderliness! Our God is not an author of confusion. Its wise to obey them. If we obeyed them you wouldn't be talking about 'curvy' girls strolling to the front of the church and then back again. The ushers know there's no seat in front, they are showing you where to sit and you wanna go check it out yourself. My brother, isn't that disobedience? Right in God's house? How would you feel if you're well seated in your 'preferred' seat in church (probably the first seat) and people keep excusing you to go inside thereby interrupting your prayer? The ushers make sure this doesn't happen. But sometimes we don't wanna be ordered about by little girls/ boys. PRIDE! All the points are just carnal thoughts..... 1 Like |
Celebrities / Re: Four Nigerian Singers Who Can't Sing by BreezyRita(f): 11:49am On Apr 16, 2016 |
I support you 100% op! They just make these lewd and embarrassing lyrics. Wizkid has a nice voice, even though he's not been making good songs nowadays. I love love love Darey, Cobhams and Brymo! I can manage if you have either a good voice or nice lyrics. Don't mean I don't dance to the rubbish they sometimes sing sha D Prince should be no. 1 on the list. I usually stopped before I got to his part in Dorobucci; same in Jantamanta. Lil Kesh too. Wacky lyrics, silly voice. Davido's Aye sha Abeg dem plenty. Even the Square bros sef, na one dey try; dunno which. Finally, op please when next you want to create a thread, put it in a quote. That way, no one will quote you to say trash about your opinion. (Some people just do not understand what an opinion is sha, so forgive dem) Thank me later |

Nairaland / General / Elfreda Sekibo Tells Her Story After EFCC Declare Her Wanted by BreezyRita(f): 12:36pm On Feb 18, 2016 |
On Tuesday, February 16, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), declared this pretty lady, Elfreda Lolo Sekibo, wanted » alongside her brother on some financial crimes bordering on conspiracy and forgery » . The social media sphere went into overdrive with friends and loved ones of the Okrika, Rivers State born lady, bombarded her with calls and messages, asking her to come out and state her own side of the story. Sekibo did just that by coming out to say that it was actually her half brother, Tari James Sekibo , who is behind her travails and is the one who is fighting her over their father's properties. Read her story here: "I've been receiving calls and messages all morning concerning the statement by the EFCC that I have been declared wanted and I just want to clear the air. My name is Nemi Elfreda Lolo Sekibo, 26 years old, with a BA degree in Economics and Msc in International Business. I lost my dad on the 18th of November 2013; my parents separated when I was 4. When my dad passed, my mum was asked to move back into his house according to tradition. I was against it but she eventually did because she wanted to honour my dad. Before he died, he had a woman living in his house as his care taker from when he fell ill years back. She also has a child for my father who is my older brother named James Sekibo. We attended the same secondary school and everyone thought we were from the same parents; that's how close we were. My mum got married to my dad in her early twenties. At the time, my dad already had 3 kids from 3 different women; she didn't know about this and as she found out, she gathered them and brought them back to my dad's house and took care of them as her own. Few years later they separated and that's when James mum came and had James and when she found out my parents were getting back together, she ran away and left James for my mum and dad to take care of. James is 30 this year; he was born in 1986 but only knew his mum in 2003. All the while, she left him to be taken care of by different women; my mum was the one who made my dad change him from the school he was in, to Jephthah Comprehensive Secondary School and at the time, it was the best school in Port Harcourt. He is my senior by 4 years but he was only a year ahead of me in secondary school; right now at 30, he cannot boast of a first degree certificate, even when my mum tried to get him to do lessons at Showers to help gain admission into a university in Ghana, he was collecting money from my dad but he was not attending lessons, so they reported to my mum and my mum told my dad, I believe that's where the hatred started from. Before my dad died, his mum had been trying to persuade my dad to marry her, but my dad refused because she had 5 different boys from 5 different men, even the last boy she had, she tried to pin it on my dad but we found his real father. In fact, she gave her fourth son to this man, and then tried to give this man's real son to my dad, but we found out. Her fourth son's father's name is Eze, and the last son is for another Okirika man. Long story short, my mother single handedly buried my dad with the help of the Federal Government because of the position he held at the time. My father's relatives, my brother James and his mother, from the first day my dad died, had already started planning on how to sell my dad's properties to share amongst themselves. They stole my dad'ss documents from his clinic while my mum and I were still in the village mourning his death; this was just a day after they had put him in the ground. I didn't conspire with anyone concerning any of my dad's documents, my sisters and I were not even allowed to be present for any meetings because they said we were women. These are fabricated allegations attempting to tarnish my image, thinking it would affect my mum and I, because she has refused to let them have their way. As long as we are concerned, my dad's property is for his immediate family but James wants it for himself, his mother and his bastard siblings. I've never had to do this before and I don't wish this on anyone, my dad was a very good and humble man and even though he had his flaws with women, he doesn't deserve this. This case is already in court and my mum and I have a restraining order from the court against the EFCC." http://pulse.ng/gist/beauty-on-the-run-update-elfreda-sekibo-tells-her-story-after-efcc-declares-her-wanted-id4695881.html?utm_campaign=art-beauty-on-the-run-update-elfreda-sekibo-tells-her-story-after-efcc-declares-her-wanted-2016-02-17&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook |

akike:If you read my comment you will see I have nothing against her making him cry. She can make him cry forever if she wants to. Just keep the other woman out of her dramas. I don't get you. This girl is pained. And I'm not gloating over her predicament (God knows I hate to see stories like this). What she did don't make sense but then it was her decision so who am I? I personally wouldn't try such stunt with the wound so fresh. Its okay to want to make him see what he's missing, to see that your ex downgraded and got someone not better than you but there's a limit. Its not the other woman's fault. Let's hope the rich guy comes soon. 1 Like 1 Share |
