They shout as if the only thing Tinubu came to do as president was to share money to states and embark on overinflated projects.... |

I will still say it again, if you are a Nigerian and you still see IPOB as a terrorist group then you are one of the most deceived people in Nigeria, because how can you tell me a certain group of people killing Nigerians all over Nigeria in their ancestral lands have not been proscribed and challenged by the Nigerian government. But a group that was created to fight this same killers was proscribed, declared a terrorist group and fought by the Nigerian government till date.I have asked this question many times and nobody has been able to answer it:Can any Nigerian show me just one news link of the Nigerian government/Military going after or killing Fulani herdsmen in the southeast like they they go after IPOB/ESN? Our youths can’t be using 3/5years to work as laborers when they can learn a craft and be on their own, being a welder, fashion designer, hair stylist and many others may not take up to 3years to make you independent.
My advise to the youth, get a hand work today, master in it and you won’t regret it in future. If my tailor makes 5 clothes in a week at average of 15k,some designs costs up to 30k,how can he be looking for a labor job to do?. WizardOfNG: The headline is not deceptive. You just don't understand the article and specific concept it is focusing on.
In a nutshell AFC (Africa Finance Corporation) is worried power supply may not be more adequate between now and the near future if Nigeria is dependent on central grid power supply perhaps suffering under-investment.
Well, any smart Nigerian will know what we are doing in Nigeria supercedes the worry of AFC which appears an afterthought.
This is because Nigeria has fully deregulated her power sector to address the precise worry of the AFC. I.e national dependance on an inadequate central power grid that has become near moribund because of decades of under-investment and upscaling improvement.
The situation today is that, while the FG will continue to invest in boosting the capacity of our central power grid, States now have the capacity to mirror captive and embedded power supply such as used to power industrial complexes.
Read the examples from my thread below to note that Lagos is running with that concept already.
If proactive uptake from States is good as Lagos is showing, especially in cost-effective PPP arrangement, then AFC worries is insigificant in the case of Nigeria in my opinion.
https://www.nairaland.com/8432581/finnish-firm-bags-deal-build Off-grid and self-generated electricity in Lagos State has surpassed Nigeria’s entire grid-connected capacity, a new report by the Africa Finance Corporation has revealed, raising concerns over the growing energy access crisis in the country. In parallel, clearing and preparation activities at the NEPA Close Site are progressing well and are due for completion within Q2 2025, after which construction can start. Commissioning is expected 15 months thereafter and the Operations & Maintenance agreement is timed to commence prior to the new build project reaching commercial operations date (COD).” The way you guys lie senselessly, you didn't even read the content of the link you sent, the second quote here is from the link... Sometimes I'm almost convinced you guys are either smart people acting to be stup-id or stup-id people acting to be smart. |

Timmi: Oga Brandaniel, no one wants you or your Obizombie movement to believe that Obi and Igbos are the problem of Nigeria, but rather others want you to change your mindset and wailing mentality and to know that the problem is Nigeria do not originate with the current government, nor can it be solved by the current government.
Policies are being implemented to forestall the continuous looting of the treasury through subsidy and currency tripping. It is a continuous process that must be sustained. But one thing is clear - a New Nigeria is coming but it is imPOssible with Obi So policies under Tinubu are being implemented to forestall the continuous looting of the treasury and yet the report here shows that the treasury looting has been increasing in trillions under Tinubu year by year compared to his predecessors that was done in billions, this alone shows that every other thing you wrote here is pure nonsense... |

The headline is a bit deceptive, because the content in summary states that the power generated privately off grid is far more than that on the grid and it is essentially due to the poor power supply on the grid. A country where you provide almost everything you need due to bad governance. |

You should be asking why most of Tinubu's bill passes 1st, 2nd and 3rd reading in one day into law but state police bill has not passed even 1st reading, is Tinubu not concerned about his citizens?
If it is not failure on Tinubu's part to secure his citizens, would we even be talking about state police? |
