Let me come down to your level of reasoning so you’d understand. If you saw this question: 1+2, you’d answer it in at most three attempts before getting the right answer. I don't think people should wait to be kidnapped before taking action. Instead of handing over 10 Million...100Million to kidnappers as ransom, travellers should pay for security escorts instead. It may not solve the problem, but the kidnapping frequency will reduce drastically.
