Also, I don't see a need for the anteroom as I'll be more comfortable if a guest sits outside waiting(I intend to make a small relaxation spot outside for the family, it should serve for guests to wait comfortably too) and if I am comfortable/safe with inviting my guest in, I can ask them to come in if that makes any sense.

I will be interested in adding the anterior to my living room space. It can make for inbar space in the living room but that would mean I will have to move the guest room door but to where?

It should work, that would mean extending the foundation to the place you marked, i will suggest that you leave the guest room door where it is, that green line i marked would provide some form of privacy, take out the visitors toilet, to where i marked blue, i recommend is better that way, you can also seek for the opinion of your architect.

I am currently building a 4badroom bungalow in Uyo, Akwaibom state and project had been on hold at the filling stage of the foundation.

I plan on resuming work but with small modification. I want one of the rooms to be added to the parlor for bigger living room space and a penthouse introduce in that way recreating and balancing it as 4 bedroom penthouse. In this regard, I contacting my architect but to my shock he said that may not be possible. The building is still at the foundation stage of sand filling the foundation.

I'll appreciate your professional inputs on this, thank you. The land size is 650sqm.

Your architect is right, given the design of the building, it will be impossible because no bedroom shares a mutual wall with the living room, expanding the living will only affect spaces close to the living room such as dining , ante room,
so asking one of the bedrooms to be added to the living room is asking the Impossible, maybe you can think of joining your ante room to the living room, instead of the bedroom.

I thought I was the only one being scammed. I bought the Airtel Mifi last month for 5k. I was told every subscription I make comes with a 20gig bonus for the next 6 months (monthly bonus). I did a 5k subscription for 20gig + 20gig bonus. Everything got exhausted within a week and six days. I’m not even the heavy downloading type. So how in the world did I manage to finish 40gig within that short period of time? I reached out to one of their customer care reps, but they couldn’t explain to me what happened. One said they could only see how 21gig was spent. Okay, what about the rest, I asked. But she couldn’t answer.

I decided to subscribe again, but this time around, I wasn’t given any data bonus. I reached out to them through their customer service number, and I was told to be patient. Till date I didn’t receive the bonus. I then decided to dump the Mifi somewhere in my room.

Please there's no way airtel will tell you, that any sub you make will come with 20gb bonus for six months for mifi. What was promised was double data for first 6 months, the 20gb bonus was for their 4G router smart box, which will only be given at first time activation only.

for nerds like me the real draw of OLED is that it supports 120hz refresh rates. your regular led TV and pc monitors have refresh rates of 60hz
for an maximuml mindblowing video gaming experience, you want a refresh rate of 144hz. so if you have a ps5 or a series x or a gaming pc with a high end GPU - you will have a good time.

for videophiles [also me], OLED is supposed to give superior picture quality for movies

you will note i say supposed because i have read the literature, watched the videos, watched the reviews - but i am yet to own one so there is always the risk that it is mostly hype - [like 3D TVs ]

UHD [ultra HD] is simply 4k which refers to the tv resolution

every smart tv is 4k by default - so an OLED TV is already UHD

some are however going towards 8k - which is absolute overkill if you ask me

the other difference is that OLED costs more, which may also be why the prices of LED tvs are dropping - because there is a new established better standard

The entrance lobby should be demarcated from the living room. An entrance door after the entrance lobby. The outer door if designed well may not be necessary.

The dining in a lobby with no natural lighting and ventilation is not good at all.

Your stair is better if accessed from the wide lobby where you placed your dining seats.

The visitors room if designed properly could be cross ventilated.
