Lovelily:I have a BQ/self contain for rent in oniru estate, Victoria Island. If you're interested, please send a dm/email. |
StDaniel2:You are probably confusing the Graduate Internship Programme with the Graduate Trainee. I'm not sure if it is still the same but Masters degree holders on the GIP earn 150k. |
Make una drop link for boys abeg, let's join the party. COYG!! |
Really sad story. Small world, I met this man at pinnacle fuel station early this year and he shared a very similar story with me. He told me it was his birthday and offered to wash my car to which i declined but I still offered him a little help. His strong american accent made me engage him in a talk, and also made me want to believe his story that he has lived very long in the states. I am surprised though to hear him mention again on this video that it's his birthday and I'm wondering if that is a line he uses or if it's just a coincidence that this video was shot on the exact same day i met him. I hope things get better for him and pray that God continues to show him mercy. |
Congrats to the chosen ones, so happy for y'all. Welcome to PwC ![]() P.S. Enjoy the days you've got left to resumption. You will long for it when grief comes calling ![]() |

Hi guys, how're we holding up? Keep your chin up, the wait is nearly over. ![]() Please check out the videos below to hear what our graduate hires had to say about working in PwC. ![]() Hope to see you soon. ![]() Assurance LoS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9uiV_-o7ROE Advisory LoS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJ_bYfeflHM Tax LoS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7d-wf4aSX0 |
Fempet00:Really Guys can we all relax. I know you're very anxious and it may not be easy but please try to remain calm. Trust me, PwC has not forgotten you . It will come like a thief in the night ![]() Just go about what you were doing before PwC came knocking. Again relax, enjoy the next two months before grief comes . Enjoy your time and stop bothering your head. Sleep all you can, watch those movies, visit those friends... Some of you're about to embark on a roller coaster ride. If you don't clear your mind now, when your ride starts you wouldn't know what hit you. Enjoy ![]() |
FrankGenius79:Perhaps you should try the big four accounting firms. |
Nwagee9:The popular business units in Tax are: Transfer Pricing, Tax Reporting Strategy, Corporate Tax Consulting. I don't really know all of it, but I hope this helps. |
gidob:I'm not sure what you meanwhen you say engineering units. PwC audit LoS comprise the following units Consumer and Industrial Products & Services (CIPS) Technology, Information, Communication & Entertainment Services (TICE) Financial Services (FSIP) Energy - Oil & Gas Government & Public Services (PSG) Digital Risk & Cybersecurity (DRC) Commercial & Data Analytics Internal Audit Governance, Risk & Compliance Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) I hope I covered all ![]() Yes by the unit names, you could guess the kind of clients you would be auditing ![]() However placement to any of these units is at HRs discretion not withstanding, you could strongly express your desire for any of the units during your interview, who knows you just might get it ![]() |
BeeNifs:Hello BeeNif. If your ICAN certificate is not available yet then you wouldn't be able to attach this to the PDF. Don't worry you would be fine, it won't affect your chances of getting in. However you can state this on your cv as qualified but not inducted yet, and be sure to mention this in the interviews. If you have any other professional qualifications relevant or not do attach them too. All the best! |
Obajemu:That's fine. I would message you later today. |
Soar19:Hmm. So the firm is very diverse and inclusive so it employs from various academic backgrounds and qualifications. By averagely smart, I'm not quite sure what you mean but you would find that many of your colleagues are either book smart, street smart or both. Many graduated with a high 2:1 or 1st from private and foreign universities. Though its not unusual to see public schools too especially the top ones. Working in the firm can be compared to going to an ivy league school, just to paint you a picture. Work and learning is quite fast paced too so you need to be able to adapt fast and keep up. HR is quick to spot talent when they see one so this is one of the things you should be looking to convincinly demonstrate on your interview day. I hope this answers your question. |
Congrats to all who were successfully shortlisted for interviews. The finish line is so close now, you could smell it . Stop over thinking those instructions in the last mail received as it's quite straightforward and simple. Again merge all your documents in 1 pdf including all professional certificates you've got. You do not need a scratch card if you have your original certificate. Lastly, do not underestimate the interviews. Give it all you've got and prepare like mad otherwise you would regret turning up. Trust me PwC HR have seen it all so you better bring your A game. This is no jokes, the firm only employs the best and brightest (and you would soon find out why if you get in ). If you've made it this far then you've got something to prove.I'm rooting silently for you and hope to congratulate you soon. All the best! |
Wow this thread is buzzing . Congratulations to y'all that got shortlisted. Don't relax, now is the time to put in the work (if you haven't started already). PwC is truly a great place to be. Wish you the best as you commence your journey, we can't wait to have you ![]() |
