Nope. It doesn't. Allow your phone to run down very well. Then charge it from 0% to 100% as it's still switched off.
If it's not solved, know that it's battery problem

guys i got the nokia x5 a few days back and so far its okay but my worry is that the battery drains a too fast at times and i am on andriod 9 for now since there are some bugs on andriod 10.Also the phone came with a wrong sim tray,apparently its supposed to be a hybrid sim tray but its actually single sim tray with sd card.Did anyone experience what i wrote and how do i go about the two little problems

I have been using mine on Android 10 since two months now, don't be scared. The tray is hybrid. You can snap and send here for people to check also. You know you can use either two sims or a sim and a memory card. Your ba3 drain issue may be solved once you upgrade Sha.

I'm planning on fixing my port too o, and glue my magnetic cord's head to it. Let me see how it will go bad again. Though the phone repairer i met told me that it goes loose because of the in and out of our normal cords. It needs to be soldered back to the phone's board.

I was disappointed at technology recently.. I made a mistake that disabled my second sim on Nokia X5. Buy magnetic cord, plug the cord's magnetic head in your phone's port and leave it in there, and watch it

Sorry the picture quality is very poor because I am using mirror reflection since I don't have any other phone at hand at the moment to take a photo of the padded charging port.

Cut paper tape according to the wideness of ur charging. Cut 4 tapes in total. Make sure they are long enough to go into ur charging port and still be enough to gum to the back of ur device.

Now gum the tapes one after the other to the bottom floor of ur charging port. Gum the 4 tapes one after the other on top of each other.

What this does is to fill up the space in ur charging port which is making the charging cable not to make enough contact with ur charging pins.

My Nokia 6.1 plus global version is now officially a year and 2 days old.

This device has performed optimally for the past 12 months.

The phone is so fast and responsive; all thanks to the 6gb ram.

Not to mention the steady OTA updates of both the OS and security patches.

The charging port did however became slightly loosened and shaky. All I did was pad it a little with paper and boom good as new. Still charges fast at a 70% fast charge rate.

Nokia sure makes durable devices.

My Nokia1 is not switching on. I have taken it to 3 phone engineers who all say nothing could be done and data cannot be recovered.
The phone was working but was tending to overheat, then suddenly stopped charging and switching.
I had just fixed its charging point a week or so earlier after the previous one was damaged by heat from the overheating.
Even fully charged battery can not make the phone switch on.

Your contacts automatically backs itself up on your Gmail account. Unless you disabled that feature, it's backed up
Same with your pictures and videos. So get another phone, sign in your Gmail account and watch as your files get back.

Yeah, just depends on if your area supports it
Nokia 5.1 plus global version supports all of them, while x5 i have come in contact with supports mtn, Airtel and 9mobile 4G sims, i don't like glo, so I didn't try it out
