Got it for 40,300 plus shipping. I didn't have to install 9 before I updated to 10. Its the normal 5.1 plus

i use the nokia 5.1 plus also...try and visit the nokia community, i read about a similar issue there... You can maybe flash the device or chat with one of their customer care agent

Who notices defective hotspot settings in Nokia 5.1 plus Android 10. You can not limit/block the number of devices connected to your hotspot.
