Phone is really good and can even run Gcam. The only downside to me is it's lack of Zeiss optics and it's 720p resolution. Unlike Nokia 5. It's far better than Nokia 5 and 5.1 plus too

Nope, i didn't loose anything, and I didn't even back anything up. The update came automatically like it was meant to.

storage is not completely full by bro but I have up to 700mb on both phone storage and on the 32gb memory card.

The phone is as neat as new, not a single scratch, well cared for and cleaned. Altho I read online that it can be corrected with a factory reset but I'm not ready to do that at all and I have a lot of important stuff on this phone

The problem is I've heard a guy said he repaired his own more than 2 times and each time, the charging board didn't last long. If I could fix it, I will get a magnetic cable. I will try if I could get to that of Asaba cos that's the closest to akwa ibom. But if everything comes back to normal, I will order from AliExpress. I have a guy that could help me fix it

This is making it five months that I started using magnetic charging cord. No issues yet, so go for it

Hi, I updated to Android 10 on my 3.2 three days ago and I've been having mobile Internet problems, in most cases I have to switch off and on data to get connected, updating apps is difficult but these problems seem to disappear once I connect to WiFi. I currently use MTN.

Did you experience similar problems?

After the upgrade, did you factory reset your phone? Try other sims, if it continues, then factory reset the phone

I did the factory reset and it worked back with the latest update Android 10 but I lost all my files... Everything.

That's how they advised users back then.
Backup your data and factory reset before major version upgrades. Though not doing it doesn't affect every phone

Good morning house, please I received the Android 10 update recently, so yesterday I took time to download it then I decide to install it so the phone restarts like the normal thing to do but since it has restarted, it used almost 45 mins to display the Nokia logo only for the phone to come and say "system android update fail something something" then it brought the options
1. Try again.
2. Factory reset


What can I do pls

Trust me the Nokia 5.1 plus not the x5 now, was sold on jumia for approximately 41k from last year to this year recently before the lockdown, no joke...... it even comes with a year warranty and earphone..... Even the 6.1 plus 4gb 64gb variant was sold at 50k
