please visit any standard Medical Diagnostics center or Teaching hospital and run urethral swab MCS and urine mcs for proper diagnosis and treatment. You would be surprise that the organism disturbing you is not Staphylococcus.

Just calm down, you would be totally fine and most importantly go and sin no more.
