Such law can only work in government own companies but not for private firm, even in the so called governement firm such law is not even observed cuss a course mate of mine got a job in a government firm, whose elder bros was the MD of the firm, without serving, moreover, he has forgot about serving yet he has been promoted every year. So please you can get a job in any firm without serving if you have the connection or you can easily get a job in private firm without serving or connection, in as much you are well experience or can offer the desire skills an employer wants.

yes I have done it before and it work out well Cuss I do believed that what will be will be, though it was tough due to thinking of how you will survive, well mine was just 1 month at home then I was able to secure a three times better job than the job I quit. sometimes if you don't quit a job, you won't get a better job.

well it depends on the reason behind the sack, if d reason is on genuine ground then u will be paid according to how it is stated in your offer letter but if the reason is of dismissed then not only you won't be paid but you might even end up in police net.
