They are children in care, that means children who have been taken away from their families by the government through the court, after it has been established that the environment where the child was, is not safe nor of the best interest of the child. When you hear say government collect pikin from parents, na such places dem put the pikin.
I see! Have been thinking that maybe it's madness.

Very possible.....you get home by 9a.m, have a shower and a meal, then go to bed and wake up around 5p.m and have another meal, lazy around the internet, then take a shower and leave for work at about 7.15p.m, get there at about 7.45p,m, chat with the day staff as they hand over to you and they also reserve a cooked meal for you in the microwave.....another wake night shift begins. cheesy cheesy cheesy

There are some 12 hours jobs from 8p.m to 8a.m, that entails you to just be awake throughout the night while the teenager being looked after is in his/her room, on their phones or playing video games until he/she goes to bed while you are downstairs in the sitting room watching Netflix and sipping coffee or tea as they just want an adult who would be awake throughout the night, making sure the young person do not run away during the night as you would have the house keys on you after having locked doors that leads outside of the house, complete the expected paperwork of how of the shift is going and getting paid £12.70 per hour.
but why the kid will runaway?

Romance › Re: What’s Your Pretty Privilege Story ? by Brownshoe: 1:17pm On Jul 29, 2023
placeofallure:
By all standards, I am pretty and I have had my privileges. I tend to have my way with almost everybody.

At the Sunday School when I was little, the teacher was sharing Xmas greeting cards according to how we were sitting. There was a girl sitting beside me and it was her turn to get a card, and it was the most beautiful card of them all. The teacher skipped her, gave me the beautiful card and gave her another one. This incidence was the first time l realised how I looked.

My boss where I served couldn't act bossy with me as he did with every other staff and corp member. He has been mesmerized. He later confessed. The same goes for my zonal inspector. Other girls would jump over themselves if he at least looked their way. He begged to date me for the entire year and I used him.

My lecturer in school has a reputation - He's Mr. No Nonsense. My friend and I turned in our assignments late. Normally, he wouldn't collect it. We tried our luck. He accepted mine and turned my friend back. I pleaded for her but he said only me deserved that privilege.

When I showed up at the immigration office to process my passport. The officer wouldn't let people in, in my presence, he was turning people back, he just looked at me and I made sure we had eye contact, he not only asked me to go in, he led me to the capturing office and gave me a seat.

Many privileges really. In school when we want to do things or see a lecturer or some important people, my friends would push me to the front.

It is real and it works for me.
hypocritical nature of human being, you never mention how many fvcck ur thing.

Lol, you are judging a total stranger and comparing yourself to him. The fact that the guy in question has not achieved as much as you have achieved doesn't automatically imply that he is lazy. Mr. man, if you can't help others, let them be; don't contribute to their problem. Sometimes, words can be sharper than swords. Must you comment, he said his friend is on the verge of giving up, and you wrote this. Where is your conscience?
no mind the guy, source of achievement we don't know of @25 just because we can't verify his claims.

Just in the name of politics or political differences many commenters are talking as if military take over is better than Democracy in Africa . Although Africans and their leaders are so great in nature. they forget that those leaders are the product of their Societies. I can't blame many commenters bcs many are the product of 1999 upward .they had never experience what is military administration in a country.

Funny thing about money is that most people that seek it like the op don't usually find it, even if go illegal 6 month is too long for law to get you.

You better find job to cater for ur basic needs, to the day u will finally meet ur maker, you can then ask him 21 question.

Franzinni:
My plan for village is huge ... Once I can reach certain mile stone, I desire to move into the village and not just the village but into the thick Forrest away from people, I will make sure all the things that I need are available and I will go into serious mechanized farming ... I will have a full plan for Fulani herdsmen I will dedicate a substantial budget to security via technology and I will be extremely ruthless with trespassing. I love solitude and nature and anything that takes me away from humanity, I tried it for a couple of years now and I realized, how much I love staying away from people and the village life will be best, a place where I can wake up in the morning and enjoy the pristine beauty of nature where I can gaze upon the hills and see the morning dew flow through the fingers of the trees. Where I can take a stroll into my farm and pluck fresh food that has no unnatural additives and take a momentary dip in the stream on my property. Wow I am almost moved to tears of joy as I type.... Life away from the monotonous rat race of struggling for money only to spend it on things that don't bring you any fulfilment beyond your desire to oppress your neighbor and be recognized in groups of people who are just as confused as you.
