I wake up by 5 pm take a Keke to the gym although the gym is always open in my area before 7:30 am already in the house prepare myself straight to work.
If I miss morning time I put some gym cloth inside my bag after work I head straight to the gym carry some iron. It's very stressful but it's worth every inch of it
