Very few people can go on with a relationship even after their partner cheated. Forgiving a cheating partner actually does more good to you than the cheater, forgiveness has many benefits. Each one will help you move toward a happier life.
1.) Forgiving is a Step Toward Trusting Again

To rebuild a relationship after infidelity or have success with future relationships, people need to trust each other. Cheating shatters trust and the ability to trust, and forgiveness is one step you need to rebuild it.

You will feel better about yourself after forgiving someone that cheated on you because you played the bigger person.

5.) You may cheat also

Never rule out that option because you are also human. Even though we would not intentionally hurt those we love, we stray away sometimes.
Next time you get cheated on, take a deep breath, sip a cup of cold pami, sit on your favourite chair and think over these reasons.
