You are right, this maybe more of a character trait. It's also possible that a person gets a job through connections and he isn't qualified for it and it can affect his confidence level or general character in the organization. It might not be about confidence, it might also be fear of annoying or biting the hand that brought you.

Oh well!!! My point still remains that people still get jobs on merit and it's not 100% about connections.

CBN will only call you and explain to you on what to do except you ask for a direction text after the call. Please note that the number can't be call back after the call hence the reason to listen to the HR attentively....
