We have been managing this pandemic very well and the result is showing. Why bringing in Chinese doctors again. I have been using *329# to access my account, withdraw money and pay for transaction since I lost my ATM card . the first day for the lockdown to begin , I have been paid salary that day , I withdraw 3000 using my phone, to come back and withdraw , another money , fcmb send me message that my account has been locked. since that day I have been calling their customer care , sending messages to their WhatsApp, Twitter , Instagram customer care but no answer. am stranded , no money on me . any fcmb customer

the week for the beginning of this lockdown , Fcmb blocked my account , I am using fcmb code*329# for transaction and paying of services and withdrawing of money. bank is not opened, I have called fcmb customer care number and my airtime have finished, I got their WhatsApp number and text message to their customer care they promised they will get back at me since now they have not help me.
