Presently in Cairo, Egypt Air (paid 153k). 2:10pm flight took off by 3:35 thereabout(Food on the flight and snacks). Got to Egypt by 9:20, stayed at the airport till 11 before they took us (with hilux) to our hotel. As I speak to you, I am presently having dinner and will have breakfast before heading out by 8:00am tomorrow.Also, just pack what you need. I have blisters on my fingers from carrying load.

Please, how can I get cheap travelling insurance? I checked AXA Marsurd website, asked for a quote and I got ₦ 56,848 for 6month. Someone was talking of 17k the other say.

Go to another branch. I went to Stanbic yesterday and these guys were stressing me. They told me the money will be in my account for 48 hrs before they send that it's a CBN directive. I went to access and opened it on less than 2 hrs. Most times, it depends on the staffs

The branch I went to is telling me, they will do a lot of checks (due to the recent fraud news) before the money is sent; maximum of a week. Meanwhile they have removed the money from my account.

I called Keystone bank now and they told me the 4 naira was for sms charges. They charge 0.25% + $25 + other fees I have forgotten.

which is easier and cheaper for funding block account, GTB or Access bank?

Please, who has experience funding with GTBANK? I only use GTBank or do I have to open with access bank?

Hi there,
I funded with access. I opened my account on 23rd of July(Tuesday), I was given a form to fill,and I was not able to use the account till Friday because one of my reference (you have a form for 2 references) does not Bank with access,so it took longer to verify. I took an Aboki (spoke to one at Eko hotel round about) to access, he handed the money over to the lady at the counter,it hit my account and I transferred the Naira equivalent to his account. I got confirmation from Fintiba on (30th July). Access Bank limit is 10K Euro. Charges range between 32-35k (Remember to tick the box saying "charges should be removed from my Naira account"

when did you open the finitiba and they requested you pay 8860 or 10425 on your make the transfer document?

please my people fintiba refuse to issue confiemation of BA after depositing 10k they asked me.to top up 425 and as at now i have no way and i need to submit the confirmation to the embassy i was hoping they would send me.confirmation of the 10k first so that i can print that and send it to the embassy..is there anything i can do?

My interview is on the 21st, all document ready. I used paper clips for all documents that have more than one pages

3. The format for arranging the doc are same as outlined here. I will advice you u follow and arrange the 3 sets in same sequence, demacate each set so it become easier when picking. Use paper clip for doc that has more than a page and dont staple ANY

Note about stapling:
if you have a single document that is two or more pages, for example motivation letter, cv, two-sitting, transcripts, you can staple them together as one document. staple the photocopies also as one document. but dont staple both the photocopy and the originals together. Because you will be asked to place the originals on one side and the photocopies on another side. you are advised to use paper clips to hold both the originals and the photocopies together. so that when Paulinaus calls for a document you can easily access both the original and the two photocopies. I hope you understand.

I assume you wont be funding before interview..Go with opening confirmation and make the transfer. Staple them together with the opening confirmation being on top.
But if you are funding before interview, you wont be needing any of the two. You simply download and printout the blocking confirmation that you will receive and go with it.

The normal drivers license can work too or just the Internation drivers license?

1. Don't tick. Duration of your program is more than 12 months so no need to tick it
2. Your program is 2yrs. Duration will be October 2019- October 2021
3. No, you don't. It won't affect your application. When you get to Germany, you'll get one

I have issues filling my visa application form. Please I need clarification

I intend to stay no longer than twelve months in the Federal territory and apply for a visa that covers the whole duration of my stay. Do I have to tick or ignore because I am going to a 2 yrs master program which is more than 12 months

Intended duration of stay in Germany. My program starts in October, what should I input as from and to?

Do you have health insurance that covers the Federal Republic of Germany? If I thick No won't that affect the visa application?

1. All applicants have to submit a certified copy of the higher education entrance qualification (e.g. Abitur).

Exception:

for master applicants a simple copy is sufficient
if you applied via uni-assist, than you don't need to submit your certificates again. We already have the certificates.
