Both are actually OK..it solely depends on you...
Pre degree is more expensive than JAMB tutorials but then,u would get yourself familiarized with a university setting and it would also increase your chances to get admitted but then you av to really prepare yourself,it would be so bad for you not to get admitted after doing predegree and paying that huge sum..

A VERY GOOD JAMB TUTORIAL would also do

You can still be given medicine even after change of course
