IELT academics is for those applying for a student visa while general is for those applying for work visa period don’t waste ur time using the academics for work visa

If the ielts academic is ukvi,it is acceptable.it has to be ukvi Ielts whether general or academic.

When they say switch b4 60days, I believe they mean you must secure another CoS, submit a visa application and get a successful outcome all within the 60 days.

I stand to be corrected.

What I am not particularly sure about is whether the outcome of the visa application must be out before the 60 days lapses or as long as you have made the application before the 60 days you are fine.

The question now is if I successfully get a company to give me a Cos do I need to reapply for visa.

I’m not sure BUT I think once home office has been notified, they will send you a letter in form of a post or email telling you that you have 60 days from the issue date of the letter to switch to another visa or leave the country.

What if I am able to secure another CoS before the 60 days do I still need to apply for another visa

I sent a paid mail to ukvi this morning after calling them yesterday afternoon and in less than 30 mins I got a response that they can confirm a decision had been made.

Immediately I logged in to track the application status and it has moved to "TRANSFERED TO VAC.

And its not a bad idea since the company has a legal advisor that handles immigration paroles....
Sit back...and wait for ur visa if u are already in the uk....or jst go for biometrics when they are done if u in nigeria
