@op,some posted that ur write up is like a nollywood movie.i agree.it was badly researched like all noolkywood movies.in the first instance,democrstic presidents dnt read the budget on new year's day.secondly a rise in the pump price of fuel would be done quietly by any one of the regulatory agencies in the energy sector.as for would happen after the increase,pretty much nothing.just the usual.prices of goods n services would shoot up,labor and civil society would protest giving the govt x number of days to reverse the decision or face strike action.govt calls for negotiations when strike starts.after x number of days of negotiating,govt reduces the price of fuel to something stiill significantly higher than what we r paying now.labor calls it a victory for labor while govt hails gej as a compassionate leader for lowering the price.labor calls off strike and the would quietly continue paying higher prices for goods n services. that, op, is what usually happens

The issue is about managing a hospital.i belief directors of various departments in the hospital should be handled by professional in those fields.e.g a surgeon should head the surgery department.i think its a waste of manpower to make a doctor the administrator of the whole hospital.the work of 'cmd' is largely administrative which involves coordinating all the depts in the hospital,approving all sorts of contracts,hiring and firing staff etc.a qualified 'cmd' 4 a hospital with all due respect,can only be someone trained and experienced in the science of corporate management.this practice is just one of the things wrong with nigeria

still can't make calls

I want to know if ncc has started blocking unregistered. I have an airtel number i deliberately refused to register just to see what'll happen and how long it'd take for it to happen.well,i noticed i can't make calls today but incoming calls aren't barred.anytime i try to make a call i get this female voice telling me i'm not allowed to call that number.anybody with the same experience on airtel?
