I bought my infinix phone on November 2019 and I'm still using it till today(am even typing this with it) and it has NEVER given me any issues, even the battery which is 4000mah still serves me efficiently.

There are still those who bought the so called "superior phones" and it didn't last them up to a year before developing one fault or another.

I believe it all boils down to how you use and manage your device if you use it very well it will last for you if you mishandle it it won't last for you.

I rest my case.

Those expensive phones take better pictures,they record better videos, they have faster internet, they have better displays, they have better speakers, they have better processors, they get software update to optimise their operation for each version of Android, they are more fluid in response. I hope you see what you are missing in a mobile phone. If your phone meets your demands its okay but don't antagonise people who have money to buy their preferred expensive phone.

My own don spend 11 days at custom clearance, I don't know if customs normally open parcels because my package is a phone but I told the seller to declare it as mp4 kit with 20 dollar value so that all this NIPOST worker no go thief my phone. Please abeg does customs open package during clearance

lol my phone was declared as a toy of 20usd value it spent only 2 days on clearance. Na cuts just slow this period nothing else

If your package is showing abnormal delivery or something like the below picture it simply means it's lost in transit.
So you better file for your dispute don't bother wasting time

Now, I already did ' counseled dispute " as suggested ( even before you replied to my message cos I felt I should just let the seller be and of course see what happens afterward ( I am learning too).


But to my greatest shock, after I did that ' close dispute " everything went blank from my end, j means, everything was close, my order, my " shipped " and everything else except the tracking details more as it means to me, I no longer any right to argue or confront the seller and in fact, I was left to make/post a review as if everything is settled and closed?


What went wrong?

Next time once you open the dispute don't cancel go ahead

Aliexpress standard shipping is not always speedaf. Say what you know. It depends on sellers location, those in China go through speedaf, those in Hong Kong go through signpost

this is a scam shop that steals other phone sellers pictures. Na cheap thing you dey find wan trow away your money. They will ship a fake phone and you will not be given refund
