Trust them at your own peril. I fixed my redmi note 9S screen at their office at Ikeja only for the keypad to start malfunctioning in few days. I alerted their customer care who said I will have to come to their office. Unfortunately I am not based in Lagos. I had plans of visiting their office the following week as I will be in Lagos then only for the screen to start having lines. I presented at their office after a few days. The customer desk officer listened to me and sent my phone in.
They kept me waiting for about 3 hours till all customers had left only for a young lady to call me to a side asking what happened as if I am a little child. Saying that the phone might had fallen or I might had left the rubber band on it for too long. So many other mays. I asked to be addressed by the engineer so he can show me those proofs but they refused.


They are very deceitful. Avoid them for your own peace of mind.

95% of phones on AliExpress get shipped with SingPost whether you like it or not, whether you choose paid shipping or not. No be say we like wahala by ourselves o, that's just how the thing is.

There is a way to avoid it, buy from specific stores that dont ship with Singapore post. These stores dont sell all phones so, if whT you want is in their store go for it

The barter thing is quite unstable from my perspective, the payments are failing so often now. I had to just withdraw the funds I had in the dollar virtual card at a loss. After Ali express approved appeal, tried paying severally, but barter never released the funds to Ali express. Seems they are short of dollars too. From my experience, they are not reliable. Any other options!?

Lol, na u do yourself, AliExpress tell you to wait for at least 30 minutes before trying again but u try am immediately. In reality it will take at least 1 hour or even more before aliexpress activates the card for your account but impatience
