Was at leaving transit country till the 75 days complete, now I see delivered for up there

I just noticed that an item that never got into the country or delivered to me is showing like it was delivered, although I have already opened dispute.
Is it normal?

Its usually stated in dispute progress if you check in the app.. But I think its about 7 days while refunds takes btw 3 to 21 days...

It is normal for Singapore Post. It might remain stuck there or it might change. Mine has been stuck there for 4 months now so I've moved on and ordered another device.

Confidently saying rubbish. English is compulsory in this country yet u can't interpret a simple sentence. Only withdrawals with naira debit card on atm overseas has been suspended. Point of sales (pos), online purchase(ecommerce) are still available for the card
