thanks so much for the reply, now i can see that the appeal was approved, but i still cant pay, seems from barter end now. i got opt, input it but i get this error
"Payment Failed
This payment has been declined by your card issuer. Error code: CSC_7200015"

i have $100 on barter trying to pay $95.22. is there a limitation on barter too.

Does the error still show appeal attached to it. If it does not use a web link of aliexpress to pay for it

Dollar card from barter. Go to help center and then payment center. You should see the result of your appeal there or check your mail associated with your AliExpress.

What does this abnormal delivery mean, also the inbound thing there. Just got the notification

If it's already shipped and you've confirmed the tracking code to be genuine, you will get your items. Hope it's a registered package that you can track or has NG at the start? If it's speedaf you're safe. Can't say such for nipost.

Yes it's a package with NG Tracking. I expect Speedaf to deliver it as they are the ones who deliver all my packages with same tracking number

I am currently having the same issues with barter. Ali express refused to the card, telling me to appeal by submitting my ID. How long does this take and is it normal?

My appeal was successful. I'll tell you to provide what they ask and in 3 hours or less it will be approved. Also it got declined the first time but the second time I used the web version of barter, took screens hot of the web version and it was approved.

I just confired an order that just got shipped mistakenly (had my phone in my pocket), not really an expensive product. Is there a possibility it will still be delivered regardless

Screenshot the card front and back but make sure u hide the numbers then send to them and contact there customer care ASAP and tell them appeal takes at least 3days but I got mine approved under 3hours via chatting with there customer care. After doing this give it at least an hour and try paying again, another thing make sure the card name and ur AliExpress name/ shipping name is same works faster, talking from experience

Please, I order for earphone but it is not working properly, so I opened a dispute and the seller said I should cancel the dispute that she will resend it. After I accept the negotiation brought up on the dispute page which I thought means cancelling the dispute, the seller said I just end the dispute that I have not cancelled it yet, and I went back to dispute page it is not displaying any dispute cancellation page. Please how do I cancel it or I should just leave it till AliExpress intervenes cause a friend told me that those sellers are not always trust that she might not resend it after I cancel it.
