This question look so baseless that I checked your name. And oh, I understood that you just want to be adamant once I saw that your name is antichristian.

So, I reserve further comment.

God will show you the truth.

Meanwhile for the sake of other Muslims and non-Christians who want to learn. God spoke through many people for many centuries in the Bible, before and after our God Jesus Christ. So, saying Jesus must be the person saying everything before it can be accepted is baseless and coming from a biased mind.

First, salvation can be categorized into three. People get these issues about salvation wrong because they generalise he word without putting it's uses in Biblical contests.

1. Salvation, that means giving your life to Christ- is by faith.

2. Salvation also means all forms of solution to problems. This is by both faith and acts (works).

3. The third salvation is being chosen to enter heaven when we die. That's the final salvation. It is by faith and work.
Which means faith ( knowing and believing the teachings of the scriptures).
Works - acting according to teachings of the scriptures.

These are extremists. They don't care what you kiss. Lol

They kill anyone who doesn't subscribe to their extreme ideology! Thanks to those who refuse to condemn or call them what they are.

Sir, calling them extremists make it seem you dont know Islam. Their quran clearly urges them to kill all unbelievers. So, they are true normal Muslims who are following Islams extreme teachings.

Religion / Re: Is "The Beginning" In Genesis 1:1 Same As "The Beginning" In John 1:1? by butterfly777(m): 6:54am On Aug 03
StillDtruth:

Wrong!

Do you not see that the making of heaven and earth is "our beginning"? And not the beginning of jupiter or pluto which could have been created before our own or after our own?

And do you not see that John points out that The Word, was "with God"?

So, does that not tell you that when God was moving over the waters in Genesis 1:2 before heaven and earth was made that The Word was also there with Him which we see in God issuing out a command, "let there be ligbt"?

You obviously wrongly thought the whole universe starts with us.

Proverbs 8 clears all this arguments

22 The Lord possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old.

23 I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.

24 When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water.

25 Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth:

26 While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.

27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:

29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

This shows that you misinterpreted my post. Check it again. Meanwhile, you opinion here is same with mine. You just missed my position in thinking you're disapproving me.

Stay blessed. Eod.

Religion / Re: Is "The Beginning" In Genesis 1:1 Same As "The Beginning" In John 1:1? by butterfly777(m): 5:55am On Aug 02
Steep:
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

I believe they are not exactly the same, John's "beginning" is actually the "indefinite" time before definite time.
How did I know? It is because John later said all creation came into being through him so John 's beginning goes far beyond the beginning of Genesis into eternity.

Its the same beginning. God created the heavens and the earth in the beginning. John makes us know that Jesus was already in existence in the beginning with God (The Father) and as God before creation began.

Both Genesis 1 and John 1 show that God the Father and Jesus the Word were in existence before the beginning.

2. Prostrating to the wife family to beg them for their daughter. Ahn ahn, no be two of us one marry ourselves? How one person go dey beg?
3. Paying dowry. It's bad for the reason above. Plus in the Bible, dowry is only necessary in cases of rape. And she fit no be virgin sef. It's not worth it.
4. Having to wear suit and gown. Omo, wear anything decent dress you're comfortable in.

Man City didn't have any problem scoring goals before buying Halaand. They just needed a more reliable scorer. Even now when he doesn't score, they still have other players who score for them.

Foreign Affairs / Re: The Gruesome Murder Of The Roman Emperor - Julius Caesar (Throwback) by butterfly777(m): 12:36pm On Sep 24, 2023
Wisereborn:

The Liberators didn't hate their country but they were just afraid of his tyranny and dictatorship and fear that he could get worse

This particular scenario reminds me of the relationship between the Nigerian politicians and their thugs

After unleashing the thugs on the people during election, the elected politicians will retrieve the weapons from the thugs

The thugs could have been regarded as the heroes if they had used the weapons to place the right leaders there just like the Roman Lower Class did but no! They remain a nobody/dead, exiled or forgotten

While the villains remain leaders till date

There is something to be learnt from this story but only the wise can relate undecided

I also use to wonder why people can't think straight and see the true lessons in the story.
Brutus was actually a hero who placed the common good above his friendship with a tyrant Julius Caesar. I still told someone last week that I'll act like Brutus anyday.

Common good over petty sentiments. If mh friend turns evil, I'll execute him for peace to reign.

Good job Brutus.
Good heroes, yhr Senatus.

😂🤣The whole thing confused me, I was born in the mid 90s.
That's why. It's started dieing down from the middle 90s when television became more common.

Another one is that Jayjay Okacha dribbled the whole team in Germany. It has also died down because people can now watch the video clip of what actually happened on YouTube. And men. It's grossly exaggerated.

Politics / Is Tinubu Really Helping Nigerians? by butterfly777(m): 5:15pm On Jun 14, 2023
All tinubu has done is to set up Nigerian masses for absolute and perpetual suffering.

Why the urge to quickly float the naira without plans? Do we have sufficient USD to flood the market and meet the FX demands in the near term? If people cannot walk into the bank and buy USD without filling forms A, M etc.... its only little time before USD exchanges for 1000 naira

On fuel subsidy, Why should the masses bear the responsibility of the inefficiency of the FG?,

why can’t the FG protect the boarders to ensure subsidized PMS does not get to neighboring countries?

Why has the FG not prosecuted and jailed anyone involved in the subsidy fraud to stop others from doing so?,

The claim that subsisdy is a burden is fallacy cos the subsidizing the actual consumption of less than 10million liters per day is not a burden compared to the FG’s current fraudulent claim of 66million liters per day. Why not a gradual removal of the subsidy?

Where is the savings from Diesel and kerosene subsidy and what has it been used for?

The student loan bill is a plot by the Tinubu led FG t to stop funding tertiary education in Nigeria leading to the end all education subsidy. Who do you think are the final beneficiaries of these moves, same criminals who will end up looting the funds meant to fund the tertiary education.

What exactly is the role of the Nigerian FG if they relinquish every responsibility to the masses? What sacrifice has the political class made in all these mess? Have their allowances being reduced? Any efforts at stopping the lootings?

All Tinubu has done is to transfer responsibilities to the already suffering Nigerian Masses to ensure there is enough for him and his goons that supported him into office.

I thought so to.

While Tinubu's student loan program is not bad, giving youths loans to start their businesses is far better, as it provides jobs and also contributes to the economy.

You already made it look like the father is wicked.

Its ok that the father may beat the child to stupor for his carelessness. But starving the child of food for days, rarely will a father do that, despite the discipline.

Mind you, mothers also do Starve their children as punishment, perhaps more than fathers, that's among the few people who'll do that.

1. Your tithe and offering belongs to the church where you worship.

2. Give tithe and offering as an act of obedience to God, not focusing on returns from it.

3. Give it willingly without feeling compelled.

4. Trusting God, expect the blessing He promised.
