Police have arrested 30 people
suspected to be internet fraudsters at a
house at Tabora Alhaji in Accra,
according to a report by the Daily
Graphic.
29 of the 30 suspects are Nigerians, the
report said.
The police retrieved 34 laptops and 48
mobile phones which were allegedly used
in committing crimes from the suspects.
Police also suspect that the arrested men
are also linked to a dead body that was
found wrapped at the Apenkwa
neighbourhood two weeks ago. .
The house was reportedly kept under
surveillance for some time by police before
law enforcement agents swooped in and
arrested them at about 7am.
