Android dominate almost 75% of smartphone markets, currently topping the line globally. Did i? Mayb you don't read it very well. I clearly stated that "on some old model of samsung, htc and motorola you'll need to have root before it can work"

You'll be surprised! I passed on the invite for one plus one because 2 was almost here. Probably late this year or early next year.
Problem is usually shipping it here...the "round-tripping" is stressful!

That's why i said in first place that can you endure the stress and be patient along. As at now, Africa ain't on the list and ppls in countries involved have to fight their way in to get one as it is strictly via invite only. You want to go to for one plus 2 then you'll have to wait for atleast four months to have the chance of getting one.

Confirm Ilorin guy lol. Let me make it clear, you can only install another custom ROM may it be KitKat or Lollipop as you claimed but that's not upgrading.

When we say upgrade, it means receiving a newly created software by the manufacturer, which was rolled out via OTA (over-the-air) for users to download and install on their phone.

Follow the last method posted here with Kingroot latest version http://www.ccnworldtech.com/2014/05/the-simplest-and-easiest-way-to-root.html . If it didn't work then you can use the PC version.
