No! You have to go back to Naigeria and start making amendments on your passport. Why would you wanna change your date of birth? Were you not born the day you claimed you were? What about your finger print that has already being taken? people cannot go about about changing their date of births, unless for fraudulent reasons. That is to say you are not who you claimed you are. Even if you managed to change it which is impossible, your finger prints still remains the same.
