In the case of her number or address the doctor would have already has her name, number and address on hospital file, and yes, she can still be class as vulnerable even though she gave her number and address.

Yes, they can still be vulnerable, she could at the time be mentally unstable to give consent.

You may be right, but in this case the doctor was found guilty of misconduct. Everyone might not be lucky enough to get away with it sometimes, in the UK your wife can claim you raped her even though you and her lives in the same house. The doctor is in a mess, whether you agree or not.
