it's a lie,airtel is terrible,I was a victim of their wrongful deduction,I called them xterday,they lied dat i subscribed 4 some rubbish plans I know nothing abt,as soon as I request for a refund,the next thin I heard was "if dat will be all thank u for choosing airtel" nd they'll hang up on u b4 u even take d next breath....useless network...Etisalat is still nd will always b d best...

From experience it's Mtn and airtel.....both re very very terrible...to me the best so far is Etisalat. ..that's d only network dat can return ur money if wrongfully deducted,no matter hw big or small
