Thank you. She has undergone surgery but still in NICU for future procedures and tests. I will sort the insurance by monday. I will share the testimony soonest. By Gods grace.
@callmefavored. What in the name of God is wrong with u? U mean u have still nt started processing baby's insurance? Is it that your future travels to America is more important to you than the life of that precious lil one? Pple av shared their stories, we have encouraged in u in every way possible, m sure the social workers would have explained the process nd what it entails to u. Let me tell you this, you ll never forgive yourself if anything happens to that. What am I even saying? Nothing will happen to the child sef cos American doctors will go ahead and save the child's life anyway Buh it will get to a point you might be charged with 'medical negligence'. Yes! I mean charged! And they will even threaten to take the child from you, get an American family that can take care of the child to adopt the child. I swear to u, m nt bluffing, I have been thru this before. The Lord is your strength, your baby ll be fine and that's the most important thing. You av to be strong for yourself nd ofcourse d baby. Pls nd pls, dnt come back here to ask us if you should take medical insurance for your baby again. Your next post should be one of testimony of joy biko.
|

Thanks alot. Its tough, but i have left it all to God. Pls do you know if after taking medicaid, she had to pay up the bill later? Or does medicaid really mean "dont worry we paid every penny for you"? Lastly, didnt drop box or POE ask her related questions? These are my concerns. Beryl15: |

Hello Everyone, Pls and pls. I still want your advice based on my last post. I am devastated. I know its midnight but if ure awake and you know any referrals on this situation pls i need urgent advice. My baby is in NICU. My babys bills is in thousands of dollars. I have paid my own bills and collected zero balance for mine. Social worker has been following my babys case to register her for medicaid saying she is a citizen. I keep saying No because i dont know what to do, but he says he doesnt affect me in anyway. My hubby and I cant afford the final bill when it comes out, the best we can get is 15% discount. Pls if you had a similar experience or know a similar one advice me abeg. Will signing my baby up affect my visa renewal? Or affect my baby in the future after 18yrs of age? God why me. This is really tough for me. |

Hello house, To Gods glory i gave birth to my baby. After birth the docs found out my baby needed emergency surgery and was admitted at the nicu. My baby is still in nicu. I just got approached by a lady who works under the finance dept of my hospital. She had been trying to reach me. she told me was that the insurance will pay all my babys nicu bills because he is a citizen and under emergency. Its called "emergency all kids package for 0-18yrs". Its under Medicaid. I already told her i paid cash for mine and i plan to do same for my baby (tho i dont know how much) because i dont like issues. And i told her if i must agree to what she is telling me, she has to send me a letter stating all she said because i dont want anything to taint me or my babys future. I am weary of this, please what do you guys think of this. Is this real or i should run for my life? |

Hi, many people swear by Medela. i bought the medela advanced kit. Its a lovely set with a battery, though i bought a step down just incase. In addition i bought storage bottles that came with ni*ples, when it arrived i noticed 0-4months on the pack. Now im wondering, does this mean after 4months i cant use the ni*ples? anonymousmum: |

Apply soonest. But i would assume 3things. Your travel history, rejected UK visa and indirect communication for your hospital package. xyzabcuo: 1 Like |
