people come here to get useful info..and future trainees will also get useful info here..I happily used 3890 as my Candidate ID because of the info I got here..I wonder why people will always run to create a WhatsApp group?? Are they paying u to become an admin??maybe you want to add that to ur CV also.. whatever can be shared on WhatsApp can also be shared here on Nairaland platform..

After submission, they sent me "Congratulations" and an Application ID to my mail.

Please has anyone received an Interview for Trade Development Executive , passed the online Assessment, and they promised to invite me for an interview, but haven't gotten any invite yet

be patient man..I think the interviews is a function of the online assessment test performance...some candidates will be called first before others until the requisitions are filled..u should also learn to move on and not stay hoping..I de pity FMN HRs now..their recruitments lately have been so numerous..I just pray it's not as a result of employee turnover.

Lols..if this were to be an interview Q, I will say that change is good to enhance my skills, knowledge & professional growth & FMN offers an exceptional & challenging platform for that..but in the real sense its all about position... position is better than Rank..lols..switching jobs can quickly increase ur growth..let's assume am with Pz as a procurement officer & my promotion will come in like 2 yrs time and FMN is looking for a Procurement Manager.. and am A good fit..I move... tommorow, Nestle may have requisition for Head of Procurement..u will be in a better position to get the Nestle job..but if u decided to remain in Pz..de might not consider you.. staying in one position can kill ones growth..hope I answer ur question well.. grin

Come on guys..this kind of mindset will never get us far in life..I currently work for a big multinational in Nigeria and I Never knew a single person/soul..but I got in through normal recruitment process...just last week..I went for an interview with this Flour Mills of Nigeria..still not knowing anyone, I progressed to second stage interview and am optimistic of a mail calling for medicals soon.. if you are diligent..u will not stand amongst mere men but Kings.. Let's stop this belief of IM and Connection..& Yes you can still get a decent job in Nigeria without knowing anyone..

Dear Mods/All,

Trust you're having a great day..

I don't know if am the only one observing this.

Nairaland job/vacancy section I must say is gradually loosing its value...in the past, we usually come to read and get information on progress of recruitments..and this was very very useful in preparation..

But this days plenty monikers ( they know themselves) are spamming the section..it's really sad and so annoying ll embarassed

U see a topic or job post showing u 45 comments and above only for u to click the hyperlink and keep seeing repeated copy and paste comments.

This is really sad esp for fresh graduates and if this trend if not checked, I wonder if Job vacancy section will be of value as it used to..

Please let's return to the previous way in which a topic is posted and people make comments about recruitment their progress..

U don't have to spam the topic for people see it..I believe there is a search dialogue box for that.

If u want a topic, u search for it..if it's not there ..u create one for people to follow.

Or do they pay these monikers for constantly spamming topics they created??

Please Let's say no to topic spamming!

Let's restore Job/Vacancies section to it former glory.
This I believe will help a lot of job seekers out there.
