ii ehmmy11:hahahhaha..if u're an introvert..Sales is not for you..maybe factory job shaa where u 'll be asked to monitor the flow of drinks down the line to remove defectives ones wey machine no remove& u can be interacting with machines and not human..lol... ..secondly, if u cannot handle pressure or multi-tasking..Run away from sales..I've heard of a scenario where a sales team had a regional review meeting..just before his review, one of the non performers took an excuse to the restroom..after 10mins..Baba never return..on rushing to the restroom, that was where they found his lifeless body..he left his body for them to bury.. that's how terribly the pressure can be for some organisations coupled with the current state of the he nigerian economy.. |
ehmmy11:Hmmmmm well the JDs and KPIs may be a little different from 1 organisation to another, but the main objectives is Executions..ur job is to Execute, Execute & Execute. From sales schemes to promotional campaigns, market intelligence gathering from competition, in- market penetration strategy & executions , Territory& Redistribution MGT ,coaching and leadership for the secondary sales team under your supervision which will include planning their beats/ routes, administration, call steps, etc. You may not be required to look for new key accounts..but if u are not meeting your target.. nobody will ask u to start hunting instead of farming.. .. lastly why the requisition??..well population of towns keep increasing hence the requisition for New SEs in Territories where there were No SE's before.. it could also be that the former SE has resigned, has been promoted or the work has gone beyond his/her capability, hence the need for a division in labour or again if the coy needs a more capable hand to oversee their functions & executions in that area. Sales is fun shaa esp when on the field but can be very demanding. If you have " ability to work independently without supervision in ur CV, this is where it will come into play. All ur Managers and Coy wants is to deliver value targets & Results..No execuses!! ..they only know you because u're listed on their payroll...Lol.. wishing all the applicants the very best! |

mistacoco2:why not..by all means go for the job..it will create a platform for networking and career growth.but u have to be passionate about sales... Location is a big factor in sales too..for those asking..you maybe posted to a place where all you have to do is to develop a good customer relationship with a key accounts & secondary sales team and you go de hit target Wella..but some locations where competition is crazy..u go de work round the clock to ensure prompt redistribution & timely liquidation of stocks. In addition to the comments of Dauraisagoal . |
Sales is not easy..a lot will jump at the opportunity..but 12 months down the line..u will have money but the frustration and pressure will be intense!.. I totally align with Dauraisagoal..its not only in NB.. but other coys?..esp those with Indians or Lebanese as heads in their sales dept. |

Lies from the pit of hell...I was there live..the crowd was OMG...If someone who isn't an incumbent can pool a crowd like this...there is nothing to left to say...ATIKU is our new president come Saturday! |
The Incorporated Trustees of Egalitarian Mission for Africa has asked the Federal High Court Abuja to disqualify the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, from contesting the February 16 presidential election. The group wants Atiku disqualified over alleged circumstances surrounding his citizenship. The suit, which was filed on behalf of the group by Mr. Kayode Ajulo, is seeking an interpretation of Sections 25(1) & (2) and 131(a) of the 1999 Constitution. The group named the PDP, the Independent National Electoral Commission, and the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice as defendants in the suit. It also wants the court to determine, “Whether Section 25 of the Constitution is the sole authority that spells out ways by which a person can become a Nigerian citizen by birth. “Whether by the provisions of Section 131(a) of the Constitution, only a Nigerian citizen by birth can contest for the office of president. “Whether by the combined interpretation of Sections 25(1) & (2) and 131(a) of the Constitution and given the circumstances surrounding the birth of Mr. Atiku, he can be cleared by PDP and INEC to contest for office of the president.” The plaintiff, in the suit, said that if the court resolves the issues in its favour, it should declare that by the provisions of the 1999 Constitution, only a Nigerian citizen by birth could contest for president. “A declaration that by the combined interpretation of Sections 25(l) & (2) and 131(a) of the Constitution and given the circumstances surrounding Atiku’s birth, he cannot be cleared by PDP and INEC to contest for president.” In an affidavit deposed to by one Michael Okejimi, a legal practitioner in the law firm of Ajulo, the deponent averred that Atiku was born on November 25, 1946. “That from Atiku’s own testimony that is gazetted and published in most national dailies in circulation, he is from Jada town in Adamawa and Jada used to be in Ganye Local Government Area in Adamawa. “That Ganye is regarded as the mother of the whole Chamba tribe and was never part of Nigeria legally as at the date of birth of Atiku. “That none of Atiku’s parents or grandparents was born in Nigeria and his father died a citizen of Northern Cameroon in 1957 prior to the referendum of June 1, 1961 that made Northern Cameroon a part of Nigeria. The suit has, however, not been assigned to a judge. (NAN) https://punchng.com/group-files-suit-to-stop-atikus-presidential-bid-over-citizenship/amp/
