I'm not sure of that. Those I know who filled that form got shamed in the end. Till now I still make jest of them.
Back to the question, if the government really want us to correct the ills in the public service, they should start by expanding the coverage of Npower, what stops us from working in ministries and parastatals... The likes of CBN is meant for their children while we are to be correcting ills with a stipend of 30k that can't even cater for my weekly needs.

If you like say I don't appreciate it.. Their children in CBN, NDIC and other...getting job through the back door aren't better than average Nigerians
