Not forgetting that both NSCDC and Fire service are both under the same board, any thing can really happen, they might as well use that of Fire service as theirs...if they request for it then, you present and if they don't, you hold your thing, and if finally they make theirs available later, you get it signed....

I can hear the voices of those who applied but there courses was not advertised. They have just spoken out of wishful thinking and jealousy.
I have gotten the answer to my question from a reliable source. The courses advertised are what they need. In that Assistant Superintendent Corp (ASC), you can't place someone who studied psychology to a position made for a food and nutrition graduate. The same thing is applicable to superintendent corps (sc) where they have dentist, optometry, medical doctor. You can't but an optometrist in a position made for dentist.

From the inception of the scheme the federal government made it very clear that the project was to run for two years, so this out cry is not worth it because the beneficiaries of the scheme know what they signed up for from the very start of the program,The government even did well by extending the program by one more year for the batch A beneficiaries. If the loan actually works out, it would be a good stepping stone for the beneficiaries to start something else.
