Who are those scammers? they are Nigerians, Chinese, Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshi, Filipinos, Indonesians and others

If u go back far enough and do proper investigatiom you'd find out the most creative scams were invented by Nigerians and then the rest learnt from them
