1) China is not the only country in the world. China is officially an atheist state and, far above almost any other country, has a well-established reputation for religious persecution and suppression.

2) China is a totalitarian state - the only way the party can stay in power is by monitoring and controlling what the citizens say and experience and by having neighbors spying on neighbors.

3) China is the cheap slave labor capital of the world. I wonder why u don’t argue it is US propaganda like everything else.

I’ll say the following for benefit of anyone else who happens to be reading this not for u as something is clearly wrong with how u think and there is no way of getting u to see that.

1) Something like rate of death from Covid CANNOT change much in a short period of May 7 to May21. Such demographic statistic takes time before showing any perceptible change. The only thing one can argue is that the original info is wrong - which in this case is not possible as the sources are impeccable.

2) Just same way Google is superior to Nairaland in doing a search so are top reputable publications superior to various niche publications. It is very rare indeed to have all top publications all be wrong about a subject because their very survival depends entirely on their reliability - which is why they must thoroughly investigate b4 publishing anything.

3) Doing a google search is the easiest way to find out what top publications are saying about a subject. Eg if a story appears on Gino’s blog, the easiest way to know for sure if it is true is to do a google search and see if it also appears in top publications.

4)My original point has been established: that Africans are NOT being spared because they are black as being black does NOT confer any special protection against Covid.

5) Don’t get drawn into an argument with some random guy on Nairaland as some of them think sideways which makes it a total waste of time - there is no way u can make them see that their entire thinking pattern is faulty.

Lastly, the below link ( from a well-respected source) should do justice to the whole matter...this was released by the UK's government Scientific Advisory Body and NOT just a data gathering company like ONS which had been faulted in the UK on several occasions. I pay to get the journal every week. Check the date on the TimesUK...Thursday 21st May, 2020 and not 7th of May, 2020 as you have ignorantly posited to back your stale claims.

Cases emerge daily as earlier said and scientists do update themselves accordingly and that is why we are different from people like you....what you even claimed from the 7th of May's info was mainly a prediction, given the economically disadvantaged status of BAME and the early cases recorded vis a vis locations in the UK, in view of the scenarios and trends in the US as of that time, when compared to their white counterparts...predictions could change as new cases emerge. The scenario could change tomorrow as it's a norm in medicine but as of today, your information is far from being valid mr. man. After all, WHO made a similar...if not far worse prediction about Africa but you and I know it never worked out as predicted as of today.

The virus is spreading to the least expected locations where whites are mainly dominant.. In same vein, the medical journal also indicated that the majority of those affected in Brazil are whites ( there are also blacks in Brazil and a large number of people of Yoruba Descent whose forebears were enslaved from the west coast but have settled there, likewise other Africans) and the spread, if not checked, would place Brazil ahead of USA because of the spate of spread of the virus in the past week. Read WHO's recent release as well( but I doubt if you would dare look it up and read... as you only know how to copy and paste stale info from google with needless insults to support your ignorance) .I don't know why I had to come back to you on this...this is the last response I'd give you...Ignorance is far worse than covid-19.
